Bought a new item and passed on the used like new item! And received a used like new item obviously returned with somewhat distressed package and just thrown in the box loosely unlike any other Chamberlain product I have purchased that is secured in the box. But it is like new and obviously something that wouldn’t work for the first buyer so all good on my end but somewhat disappointing on my trust in paying more for new with Amazon!
