Let me tell you how awesome these chairs are. I'm 300lbs and have sat in these chairs every single day for hours at a time (even through 9 months of pregnancy) for over 2yrs and I haven't had one single issue. These chairs have not dipped, flattened, or worn out, even with my fat butt on them fmdaily. They just bounce back like I was never there. I also have a 3yr old who once wrote all over them with a BLACK PERMANENT MARKER (mini heart attack for mommy), and I got a little acetone on a towel and it came COMPLETELY off within 5 minutes!! I've also had many days of spilled spaghetti and ravioli all over them and got a wet towel and BAM, CLEAN like it was never there. Not kidding. I am shocked at how easy to clean the fabric is. It literally looks like it was never there!! These chairs are not only seriously supportive, but they are sooooo easy to clean. They look just as good and are just as plush as they were when I got them in 2020. Now, one thing I hated that buyers should be aware of is that they SUCK on carpet floors. They tip over VERY easily. They're back heavy so the slightest nudge can make them fall over. When I had them in my apartment, I would just walk by and my robe would catch one and there it went, tumbling backwards to the floor. However, since moving to our house with tile floors, that hasn't happened once and they're very stable. I'm guessing it's just a thing with carpet floors. Hope this helps those who were like I was, spending hours researching and reading through reviews to find the perfect chairs lol.

I got two chairs, but one of them had apparently been returned by another customer. The plastic around the chair was torn open and the packet of hardware (screws, washers, etc.) had been torn open and the pieces were scattered inside the chair seat. Some of the pieces of hardware were missing. I contacted customer service and described the situation and explained that I couldn't install the legs on one of the two chairs. I got a response back the next day and told that a new packet of hardware would be sent, but I might have to wait for it a while. Well, five days later, the packet of hardware showed up in my mailbox. Now I can install the legs on the second chair. I was blown away how fast the extra hardware arrived. And it appears the packet came from China because of the writing on the outside of the FedEx package. It arrived so FAST! I'm so impressed by the customer service. The chairs are beautiful, and I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this company.

Fairly easy to assemble. We received four chairs in two boxes. For some reason not all the legs fit in all the seats. At first we thought we had to order replacement legs, but then we tried rearranging them and voila--they all fit! This was a problem with only the back legs; the front ones fit just fine. Sturdy, comfortable, solid. Color is lighter than I'd prefer, more like a dusty blue than navy. Overall, nice chairs, especially for the price.

these chairs are exactly what I needed for my dining room. The look is formal but not stuffy and the chairs are comfortable. The legs are intended to be put in only one way. The back and front legs are different as well. If they don't fit into their place properly it doesn't work to force them instead turn them until the fit is perfect and the assembly will be easy

I ordered the black no ring. I was happy to see these chairs arrive in the time frame given by the company. Good communication given to keep me up to date on tracking my items. They look just as described; and fit in well with some other chairs I used at the same table. They are black, but have a blue tint to them. I really like them and plain to order more in the future.
