The boots looked beautiful & got a sale price. But I ordered my usual size, in the same Sorel line, & they were ridiculously large. Was unable to get sale price on smaller size, so I was very disappointed on this companies inconsistency.

Great boots. I'm diabetic and my feet were hurting from my old boots, which meant time for them to retire. I usually wear Kodiaks, but I wanted to try out Sorel. My first pair and they're cozy and my feet stopped hurting. Good support in my opinion. I walk to and from work and also walk alot at work... these boots ARE made for walking. Based on reviews, I sized down. I usually wear an 8.5 but I got an 8. They're a little snug, but not in a bad way. I do not have wide feet. My heel doesn't slide, feels supportive and comfy. Still about .5-1 inch of space between toe and end of shoe. If the sides widen with wear (which boots usually do) these will still fit beautifully. I think I could have been okay with an 8.5, but I can't compare. Because of the fabric part near the ankle, there is some stretch and I can get in and out of the boots without struggle. These are very well made. I had "sticker shock" at first, but these are very comfortable and I know I'll be living out of them for years. It was a good purchase. Hard to find shoes this comfortable, cute, AND well-made. I'm going to wear them a few more weeks and make sure they're the one for me, then order more colors I think.... Hope that helps. The seller was great. Received item quickly. I wanted to love these boot. I wore them in my home for an hour. I sized up a half size and the length was good. I have a medium foot. Never need a wide shoe but the toe box was narrow and the boot was uncomfortable at the ankle. It rubbed in front and back. Unfortunately need to return. ... show more

The color was not as expected; boots look different from the pictures. But I kept them and like them. I was Lolo g for a lighter color exactly like the pictures, but color came out darker.

These are very nice boots and they seem very comfortable, but they were too loose - long and wide - on my feet. I've now ordered half a size down.

This is the second pair of these boots that I have purchased as I want to have a backup pair for when my first wears out (hasn’t happened yet). They are so comfortable and I didn’t need a breaking in period for them. I’ve worn them all over Europe and they kept my feet comfortable and dry. I even wore them every day on my last vacation when the new running shoes that I had bought ended up bruising my big toes. The new running shoes went into the trash and my trusty Sorel boots saved the day. ... show more

I have to say I like these shoes. There’s space in weird places, in front of the ankle, but it fits and it’s comfy. It fit a thin sock and thicker sock so if you’re in really cold weather it’s a good option. Held up well in the snow. Good value.
