This saw actually works better than my STIHL. I bought it for a spare, but I was shocked by it's performance. Cuts through trees like butter. Even if it fails after 1 job, you made your money already. Started right up, with no issues. Do NOT try using other bars like I did. The chain will not fit properly if you do, and it will cause serious friction which will damage the saw!!! The chain they included was pretty good too. Cannot beat the value. The parts are not high quality, but what do you expect for that price?? Don't complain! ... show more

    • Don’t say you weren’t warned!Bad product and customer service
It was good for one good day of use. After that, the chain tensioner stripped so the chain wouldn’t stay tight. I messaged the seller and they said it would take like 2 weeks to get a replacement part plus they wanted pics. I still dont have theirs but I found the part on amazon that I got next day. Now the chainsaw won’t start! I read some reviews that had the same problem with getting a couple of uses then the saw not starting again so if you’re reading this prior to purchase, BEWARE!!!! At this point, I don’t even want a replacement part or chainsaw from this company! ... show more

    • This chainsaw exceeded my expectations
The correct product arrived on schedule, undamaged and was exactly as described by the seller. It took some effort to start for the first time (probably my fault for not following the directions). Subsequent warm starts were the easiest compared to any chainsaw I ever owned. One short pull and the saw jumps to life. This is a cutting beast with the supplied chain. We will see what cold starts are like the next time I use it, but no problems are expected. Powerful, light weight with low vibration make this fun to use. ... show more
