It's my first time trying this type of pillow. It’s firmer than a regular pillow, but in a good way. It keeps your head and neck well supported instead of letting you sink too much. The first couple of nights felt a bit different, but I adjusted quickly and now it feels very comfortable. I still move around a lot in my sleep, but I’ve been waking up with noticeably less neck stiffness, which has been a great improvement. The cooling cover is also a nice touch. It stays breathable and comfortable through the night. Overall, it’s a simple but effective pillow that has genuinely improved how I sleep.

After many trial and error pillows from different stores, two ordered off Amazon that also didn’t work out, I decided to take a leap of faith and order this cervical pillow. I suffer from HORRIBLE neck pain and migraines daily, so it was important for me to find a pillow that gave me adequate neck support. This pillow has done just that. After 2-3 days of a little adjustment period, I’ve been waking up with noticeably less neck pain and my migraines have calmed down drastically. The pillow is a memory foam type material that is very comfortable. It’s soft but dense, and it allows you to sleep on several different areas of the pillow. The first few nights I slept directly in center, but decided to try the sides as I am a heavy side sleeper. The sides felt a bit soft and it was very comfortable, so I’ve been sleeping like that since. If you have any doubts about this pillow, just give it a try! You will not regret it. And if for some reason you do, customer service is AMAZING and very responsive! There is also a 1 year warranty on this pillow, too.

This pillow did not work for me as I am a hard core stomach sleeper. There is nowhere to put your arm except under the pillow, which changes the position of your head to not fitting in the pillow. Side sleeping and back sleeping work better. The description says this pillow will work for stomach sleepers, but it does not.
