The contour memory foam gives great support for the neck and shoulders, especially for side sleeping. It keeps my head aligned properly instead of sinking too deep or feeling too stiff. The cooling feature is also a big plus. I tend to sleep warm, and this pillow stays comfortable throughout the night without constantly flipping it over looking for the “cold side.” The foam feels supportive but still soft enough to relax into. What I like most is that it works well no matter how I sleep — side, back, or even stomach sleeping occasionally. Sleep quality genuinely improved, and I wake up feeling less sore and more rested. It’s one of those purchases where you realize your old pillow was absolutely fighting against you every night.

This pillow is amazing! It is very soft and conforming to your head and neck. The memory foam in the pillow is heavenly. I was having severe neck pain, so I ordered this pillow hoping it would help and give me some relief. And it has done just that!! My neck pain has subsided considerably and I have slept much better. The quality is great, and it has a sleek look to it. It has a cover on it, but you could cover it with a pillow case easily.

I like this pillow a lot! I've been using it a few weeks now and it has cleared up the neck issues I was having! I didn't think it would but decided to try it anyway. It took a while to adjust to a different style of pillow, but it has the perfect support and seems to be well made with durable memory foam. I also like that it is not stiff and I can mold it to make it the most comfortable while I fall asleep knowing the support will be there as I may move around while asleep.

I'm mostly a stomach sleeper but have been trying to sleep on my back and side more often due to back issues. I've tried all kinds of pillows from soft to firm, fluffy to almost flat but was still waking up with neck and shoulder pain. Last night was my first with the cervical neck pillow; it's firm, but not uncomfortable as it conforms to the shape of your head and neck. I started on my back and then moved to my side, eventually waking on my stomach. Luckily, I was using the lower end so even this was more comfortable than what I'd been used to. It says to allow about 2 weeks for your body to get used to it but I'm happy with the purchase and looking forward to the benefits of continuous use. It's not terribly heavy but definitely has some weight, arrived clean and looks nice. There's a slight chemical smell from packaging but I washed the outer liner and aired the pillow out for 24 hours and the smell dissipated. I use blissy silk pillowcases and the standard size although snug, fits and zips fully.

Seemed like a great pillow but the tall side is too tall for me, and the short side doesn't actually work because there isn't enough space in the middle, so if I sleep with my head on the short side the top of my head is pushed up by the tall side to create intense pain. Giving 3 stars because it seems like it would work for someone who wants the taller side, it's soft, and the pillow case feels great, but it did not work at all with the shorter side, so that felt a bit misleading in the description.

This pillow is amazing. I've had a sore neck and shoulders for awhile and it finally dawned on me that I had to swap out my pillow. This alleviated the pain almost immediately. It's cool, it molds to your form and is very comfortable. The price is right, too. I highly recommend.
