Great pillow for side and back sleepers. Can be used in a multitude of ways, very soft, very ergonomically designed. Wake up with no neck pain, and seems to be just the right size to allow some movement. Also like the removable washable cover. Surprisingly cool for a memory foam pillow.

This cervical neck pillow is very comfortable, it cradles my neck and shoulders for side sleeping, back sleeping and even on my stomach. I wake up refreshed and with no neck ache or headache. The Ergonomics of the pillow gives me places to lay my arms and hands, so they don’t go to sleep durning the night. I like the material of the pillowcase, soft, satiny, cool and washable, which feels refreshing on my face. The pillow and pillowcase are constructed with care and stuffed with memory foam that keeps its nice shape, making it a pillow that will last for years. The pillowcase removes easily for laundering with just a zip of the zipper and a nice feature, a snap in the middle of the curvature of the pillow, that keeps the pillow case in place. Definitely a pillow I would buy again and recommend to my family and friends.
