Great pillow to keep your neck aligned while you sleep. It is very supportive while also being soft and comfortable. It also doesn't heat up - fabric cover remains cool. It has resolved my morning neck/back pain and stiffness, and helps me sleep sound.

The color is two shades of gray. The pillow is made of memory foam. It has a removable cover so you can take it off to wash, however a standard pillow case does fit over the pillow. The material is soft, yet supportive & keeps its shape throughout the night. It seems to stay cool & there was no smell upon opening package. I was worried at first because I thought the pillow seemed a bit thin, but it turns out to be perfect for when I’m sleeping on my side. The shape even gives you a place to put a hand or an arm comfortably if you are a stomach or back sleeper. If you are struggling with upper back, neck or shoulder pain, give this pillow a try. It just might be the relief you are looking for.

This pillow is memory foam; it feels like a sweet dream as I place my head on a cloud—neither too soft nor too firm, but just right. I have cervical pain from disc issues and a therapeutic pillow is a necessity for me to spend 1/3 of my life sleeping on. I love this pillow’s comfort and design. It nestles under my neck to give support where it’s needed, while cradling the rest of my head in comfort. Oh, I can keep the pillowcase clean since it’s washable, and side armrests are included as an extra plus! While keeping my neck and head in proper alignment, I’m better rested and more alert now that I have my new luxurious bedtime companion!

Finding just the right pillow has been an ongoing challenge now, for years. After buying the best pillows from Tempur Pedic, Sleep Number, Costco and the main commercial concerns, I was still left with a sore neck, out of alignment back and crushing shoulder impingement problems every day. For, the high priced, name brand Memory Foam of these pillows, all collapsed either immediately or after only a few months. Never providing the support, nor all night comfort they advertised and charged up the Ying Yang, for. I discovered, then, the many Nouveau Memory Pillows from China with these innovative designs that took into account all the failures of the Name Brands and definitely improved upon them. So, I have five from different companies. However, though greatly improving my sleep, I discovered that they would either remain too firm during the night keeping my neck propped up too high when side sleeping. Or provided not enough shoulder room causing Impinged Shoulder. But, more aggravatingly, they got hot. Causing a Restless, unbearable tossing and turning. The best of the pillows I own now is a TUJAMI that accommodated both the Neck and Shoulder and a place to put my hands. I noticed they just came out with a new pillow with a Blue Cover and drawing of Ice Cubes. Is it a COOLING PILLOW that really works? Or just so much marketing jive? After now three nights of the DEEPEST, most RESTFUL, Minimally UnDISTURBED SLEEP, I think they've NAILED IT! Not only is this the most Comfortable Pillow I've tried, it is also a most Cooling Pillow. The Blue Cover works really well! But, they've also improved the Pillow Design to take nearly All Stress Points off of the Neck, the Head and the Shoulder that enables you to choose or shift to Any Desired Sleeping Position you want! They've done this, by designing what I believe is Key. The near PERFECTLY SHAPED CRADLE for your HEAD. No, not just by placing a Deep Hole in the Center, as other pillow makers do. But, by consciously designing a Gradually Sloped Cradle that Uniformly supports the Shape of your Head and Face as you choose to Rest it on your Back, or Turn it to your Side. Its gradual Widening is no longer too steep a depression, such that your Ears get Pinned against the Side of your Head as Traditional and most Memory Pillows do. What a Revelation! Then, too, significantly, they have managed to Develop and Utilize a Memory Foam that is Graduated or Progressive going from Soft to a Medium Firm and that Slowly Rebounds Back to Soft or Firm, whenever you choose to turn. Thereby, always maintaining that Cradle of Comfort for youf Head and Neck! I'm glad I check this Tujami Pillow out. I Highly Recommend it!

I have only had this pillow for 1 week, but I'm already impressed! The firmness level is exactly what I was looking for, supportive enough to keep my neck aligned but still comfortable. Unlike some memory foam pillows I have tried, this one doesn't have that strong chemical smell right out of the package, which was a pleasant surprise. The contour design feels ergonomic and well-made. So far, I am really happy with this purchase.
