This is the third ergonomic pillow I ordered on amazon and by far the best one for me. Although the other ones were supportive of my neck and had a clear space for my head to rest in, I found the fabric too firm. The Ylekto pillow has the neck support I wanted but the memory foam is so soft and my head just cradles so comfortably inside. It actually feels plush. In addition, the cover is removable and machine washable for easy care. I would definitely recommend it for someone who like a good support but soft feel.

The neck support is great, I’m not waking up as much throughout the night anymore or waking up in the morning with neck pain. Very good quality! I was waking up every morning with a stiff neck and I haven’t been able to sleep good in a long time. After looking into pillows I found this one and it’s changed my sleep completely! I wake up in the morning with no aches or pains. I love that there is 2 different heights. My partner and I have different sleep preferences so this pillow works for both of us! The cervical neck pillow is all I ever dreamed of in a pillow. It holds me comfortably all night in any position: back, side, or anyway I turn. With other pillows I usually had a nagging neck pain; but with this pillow it's all gone. No more waking up at night to punch it back into shape! It stays soft and ergonomically correct shape all night. So glad I ran into it at the amazon shopping site!

I used this one for one night and it gave me a cervicogenic migraine in my neck and head that has now lasted for over 24 hours. They usually don’t last that long. There is nothing different about this pillow compared to other cervical neck pillows. As usual, same design where it’s too firm and the pillow is lifted so high that it creates a bend in your neck no matter how high up on it you sleep. You’ll slide down and your neck will bend. One side is so high it would be impossible to be comfortable. These pillows are not designed with human ergonomics in mind, they’re just tall and cause pain. The card that came with it said to wait a few weeks to get comfortable, conveniently putting you outside of the send it back window. It’s going in the pile of other pillows I’ve collected that are also a bad design.

Used the pillow after the initial 24 hours of letting it totally expand. This is a great pillow of your use a CPAP or BIPAP machine. Comfortable, great support for my head and neck. Love this pillow!
