I have had this pillow now for two months and I just love it! I am so amazed that a pillow of this type makes such a difference. My head pretty much stays in one spot, my nose is not obstructed by a fluffy pillow, I sleep so good! I'm basically a side sleeper but I have been able to sleep on my back without any "snorting" that usually wakes me up. Not sure how this works but this is wonderful too! I should add that it is very well made. The covering is durable but removable for washing (although I always use a pillow case). Whatever they have used for the filler is very supportive and feels durable. I'd absolutely buy this again.

Didn't know what to think at first. Gave it some time. Didn't see any negative reviews which concerned me, but I wanted to try it anyways. It works well positioned both ways. You definitely have to find the right spot to lay on because it can make you wake up with neck and back pain if it isn't laid on properly. It does have the cooling effect which feels really refreshing. Great quality, weight, and feel of the pillow. Cover is machine washable. The memory foam is really soft and comfortable too. Took me a while to feel this way. Needed to try it for a while and on both sides depending on level of elevation and targeted need. I would only recommend to a select few looking for a slightly elevated lift while sleeping. My mom would argue that laying flat (no pillows) is the way to go.

I was having a terrible time sleeping due to cervical neck pain. I searched on Amazon and found this pillow. It seemed to be what I needed so I bought it. When I got it it said that it needed to air out for 24 hours. I followed that instruction and I didn't have any problem with smells. It said it might take up to 2 weeks to get used to it but the first night that I used it no neck pain! I think this is the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. I could sleep on my back and my head had a nice little spot that it fit in and was surrounded in such a way that I didn't lurch forward when I fell asleep. My head didn't bob to either side either. There are two sides to the pillow so if your neck is bigger then you just turn it around. Also if you're a side sleeper, you can turn the pillow 90° and sleep on your side. I tried this and it worked as well for me. I highly recommend this pillow. I have been sleeping so much better since I bought it.

I wish this were made out of Talalay latex, instead of foam! I really don't like any type of memory foam. It states it's cooling, but when you lay your head on it, it is NOT! I also wish the part where your head lies was a bit more curved to match your body/neck! The high side is a bit too high for any long period of time. After a couple of hours, I have to switch to the shorter side, but the shorter side is too short; it needs to be a bit higher (1/2" maybe).
