Ok to clarify my wife and I are totally bind and we enjoy movies and shows with audio description. We had a Roku with the talkback on it but it was terrible. This Fire TV is amazing. The voice view on it is responsive and fast. Alexa is super fast and responsive. This is a blind person's dreamTB for sure. The sound quality is very good, however we have hooked it to our soundbar. The remote is small and easy to use. Overall Amazon has come along way with there products and accessibility. Coming from a blind person who lives and breathes technology this one is great. We like it so much we ordered another bigger one for the living room. Everyone say the picture is excellent. The internett connectivity is great. No lag and very fast loading for sure. I am honestly impressed and had lesser expectations for it but it blew me away. Like I said a blind person's dream TV. Apple has some catching up to do with this one. I got the refurbished model on black friday on sale and there were no damages or imperfections and the same warranty as new. Highly recommend to Blind and sighted folks alike.

I only gave 4 stars because of 2 things, the view from the side (kitchen) is very dull, not bright; and the general color is faded. I tried adjusting color, saturation and brightness. This tv replaced a $1700 65” LG tv. I’m new to streaming. If I had known I could stream with the LG, I would have just purchased a fire stick. I’m tired of giving the cable co more than $400 every month. It’s such a rip off. This isn’t a bad tv for the price. Just don’t expect a perfect picture. But I am no expect on TVs.

Refurbished Tv wonts respond to any manual or remote controls prompts. It’s getting exchanged for another refurbished one. Im starting to regret this purchase since it should work as well as a new one. And I don’t know that I should trust rye fact that it should be refurbished.

The picture quality is great. I love having Alexa built into the television. I live up in the hills and have to use Starlink for everything. So this television fits right in.

As if it wasn’t bad enough I bought this TV on Black Friday for $200 more than the new version is a couple weeks later, our new certified refurbished TV from Amazon thinks that we are in the UK and will not let us download any more apps than the two that are available we cannot find Hulu or max available for us and we cannot change our country settings. Worst purchase I have made on Amazon
