Instructions need some revisions. Trying to open the door with the key it says to turn COUNTER clockwise and the handle clock wise, however to open the door on mine I need to turn it CLOCK wise, the same as the handle. To set up the fingerprint function, there needs more clarity about the button on the inside of the door side. I read, reread and reread the instructions, but still couldn't figure it out. I went on YouTube to try to find something and still couldn't. And last I went on the internet to look for instructions but couldn't find those either. ... show more

This safe is exactly what I was looking for! The instructions could be a bit more clear but I like that I can open it with my fingerprint, a key or a PIN code. Eventually I will install it in my closet wall.

Fingerprint scanner works well, as does the keypad. And there's the included security key just in case my memory fails me or the 🔋 runs out. Plenty of room for documents, cash, what have you.

Decent safe. 1-2-3-4 code and fingerprint capable. Shelf can be placed down to accommodate larger objects. Plastic handle seems a little flimsy, but it’s brand new and works for now. Fine for my purpose(likely rarely accessed).
