Easy to use, but there are some quality concerns. The screws (blue arrow) developed rust, and the heating element area (yellow arrow) appears to have melted part of the plastic housing. The unit heats very quickly, so I would not leave it unattended while in use. Temperature control is minimal; there is no true adjustment, only "Hot" and "Hotter." It works well for basic cooking, but the durability and safety concerns are worth considering.
