    • Instruction book was vague, but the fan is great
So, the instruction booklet was printed in a pretty odd way. The diagrams and instructions were printed in a very very light color, while the background picture (that probably shouldn't have been there in the first place because it cluttered up the pages) was printed darker than the instructions. It was so weird. Made it kind of hard to see what I needed to do. But, eventually I got the fans going. I bought 2 of them and they both work great. They get some really nice airflow that far outperforms the fans I had before, and thats on the lowest setting. The app is easy to use, and I use it more than I thought I would since it gives a ton of control over the lighting functions. I especially like the rainbow led functions that can be used while the main white light is off. It's an excellent night light for my daughter, and keeps her cool through the muggy hot nights we get here in hawaii. I wish id bought 3 instead of 2 so I could have one in my room, too! It works great and the fan power is amazing I love that it has settings from 1 to 6 on how high u want it to blow and it's durable and I love the fact that it comes w a remote and a mount for the wall so u don't lose the remote! Easy to install fan works great but the LED light does not work. I am forced to pack it up and go else where to get a fan from the store. All I need a new light board but I am not able to contact the seller. Only option that is given is return the whole item. Sad fan looks cool my kid was loving it, not worth the headache. Update: Customer reached out to me and they sent me a new fan. To be honest all i needed was the LED RGB part. It was a quick 5 minute job. Now everything is working, app works, remote works. good customer service. Thank you for reaching out to me. Now off to Kohls I go to return the other item. ... show more

I purchased this fan in December 2024, and by June 2025 (6 mo) it died. Everything was installed correctly, and there are fresh batteries in the remote. The colored lights turn on, however the main light and the fan stopped working. We double checked the wiring/connection and everything was fine… except it doesn’t work. The most frustrating part is there isn’t a way to contact the seller and I can’t get anywhere with Amazon because I’m out of the return timeline. I am writing the review hoping the seller will contact me. We love the fan (when it works) and I’d like a replacement. ... show more

    • Great fan and lights but controller and app take patience

I really do like the fan itself. The light is good and the warm/cool options are nice. Also the color ring has lots of options and is fun to have. It pushes a lot of air, which is great. The only thing I have an issue with is the controller and app often need a comment sent multiple times for it to register. Maybe the Bluetooth on the fan is weak, but i have have the controller 2 feet away and i have to hit the button multiple times for it to register. not the end of the world, just annoying. ... show more

    • Very limited RGB lights on a decent fan

Decent fan. Quiet and moves a lot of air but the RGB lights and app are terrible. You can only choose red, green, and blue, or a few cycling options. The images show an RGB slider, but you can't pick a specific color with the app or remote. The app, which is clunky and slow, has a color wheel and RGB sliders but those have no effect on the RGB ring. When you push the RGB button the remote it always goes to the next option so there's no way to have it turn on with the same setting as the last time it was turned on. Do not buy this fan for the RGB lights unless you don't want to be able to pick a specific color or don't care which option turns on when you push the button. ... show more
