Easy to install fan works great but the LED light does not work. I am forced to pack it up and go else where to get a fan from the store. All I need a new light board but I am not able to contact the seller. Only option that is given is return the whole item. Sad fan looks cool my kid was loving it, not worth the headache. Update: Customer reached out to me and they sent me a new fan. To be honest all i needed was the LED RGB part. It was a quick 5 minute job. Great calling fam installation was very easy as well, it push out a lot of air some times it even feels cold in room with a/c at 75 feels like 70, looks great and size is also good as well. If need to buy one again I’ll get this although they could add a WiFi feature that would be great

    • Instruction book was vague, but the fan is great
So, the instruction booklet was printed in a pretty odd way. The diagrams and instructions were printed in a very very light color, while the background picture (that probably shouldn't have been there in the first place because it cluttered up the pages) was printed darker than the instructions. It was so weird. Made it kind of hard to see what I needed to do. But, eventually I got the fans going. I bought 2 of them and they both work great. They get some really nice airflow that far outperforms the fans I had before, and thats on the lowest setting. The app is easy to use, and I use it more than I thought I would since it gives a ton of control over the lighting functions. I especially like the rainbow led functions that can be used while the main white light is off. It's an excellent night light for my daughter, and keeps her cool through the muggy hot nights we get here in hawaii. I wish id bought 3 instead of 2 so I could have one in my room, too! I really do like the fan itself. The light is good and the warm/cool options are nice. Also the color ring has lots of options and is fun to have. It pushes a lot of air, which is great. The only thing I have an issue with is the controller and app often need a comment sent multiple times for it to register. Maybe the Bluetooth on the fan is weak, but i have have the controller 2 feet away and i have to hit the button multiple times for it to register. not the end of the world, just annoying. ... show more

This thing is a marvel of engineering. Moves more air than a fan twice its size. It will go in reverse for the colder months and circulate the air as well. The lights are wonderful. You can change the white balance and the brightness with a push of a button. Highly recommend.

So I ordered 2 of these fans for bedrooms. They were delivered July 11th. I didn't install them until immediately. It's now the beginning of Oct.. The RGB lights on one fan already doesn't work anymore. Now mind you, this is a house that no one lives in. So lights are rarely on, especially bedroom lights. The fans themselves do move air satisfactorily. I'm trying to contact the seller or Amazon to see about this problem. Hope to have a positive update on customer service. Until then, 1 star because of the failure at such a minimal usage. ... show more
