Purchased this chair for my 80 year old mom who's currently being supervised by another family member. She's nearly unable to walk and can't stand on her own, so a chair like this has been a savior for her. I won't get into the morbid details but this is likely where she's living out the rest of her life, so comfort, reliability, and ease of use were extremely critical. That said, the base of the chair arrived quickly but it took another week for the other half to arrive. Assembly was simple and she loves the chair. Unfortunately it "broke" in the reclined position when I was visiting. I could see that none of the heat/massage features were working so I unhooked the supply to test voltage. Surprisingly it had the proper output voltage by the time I got to the workbench and checked it. Upon plugging it back in, it worked flawlessly again. However, a week later it malfunctioned again in the reclined position, stranding my mom in the chair. Disconnecting it and reconnecting it didn't solve the problem this time. After a day or two of e-mail back and forth the seller shipped out a new supply. That took several days to arrive and I got word that this did fix the problem. Had family not been there to assist her, she would have been trapped in the chair completely. So - Kudos to the seller for getting the supply diagnosed and sent out in a relatively quick manner. However, I've heard this has happened to many other purchasers and not just of this model. So, I completely anticipate this supply may go out in the next 3 to 6 months as well. Hopefully I can get the old supply on the workbench to see if it is something simple to fix or even upgrade so we can have the extra on hand. Now, one thing I'm concerned about, and I'm obviously not there to test this theory, is that the chair is getting hung up on the coffee table my mom has right next to it and the supply overloads when it's in motion and hangs up. That could explain why a reset worked the first time. She got it hung up once while I was visiting and complained it broke again. I was able to quickly find that the chair worked reclining and moved the table to the side to show it still worked. All in all I took the one star off because of the shipping delays and the fact that the power supply went out so soon.

Love, love,love this chair !! The fabric is soft and beautiful. It's quite firm (but that means I won't be sitting on the floor in a month), was very easy to assemble, and works perfectly. The only negative I have is the arms were labeled opposite, and it took a while to figure out why they and the back would not lock into place. Even with the mix up, we had it up and working in about twenty minutes.

The media could not be loaded. Got this chair June 22, 2022. Less than 3 months ago. PROS: 1. Assembly was easy and obvious. 2. lumbar heat felt great -would be better if heated larger portion or rotating heat spots! CONS: 1. Immediately thought not that comfy- barely any padding anywhere including seat and back (and I’m not a very big person! 5’6 142#; I’m only person ever even sat on chair. I never once had shoes on. Always socks or barefoot. 2. 3 weeks ago the footrest which has LESS than 1/16 inch of padding (see my video) total came unstitched. It looks like a piece of trash in my living room. 3. The massage part was better than nothing for about a month but then there started to be loud and varying sounds. Sometimes a loud high pitched squeak but always the sound of a helicopter in the room. No matter what massage setting it’s VERY disruptive! Can’t tell as much in my video bc not as loud if not sitting in the chair. 4. Tried to contact seller but only got chat bot telling me no refund /review policy. No other options to find a resolution. Thus, I’m left with only option to write this honest review which includes seller totally unattached to any communication. I’ve never written a negative review before and tried to contact seller to avoid it this time. This tells me seller doesn’t care! Lesson learned on my part! I was Sooo apprehensive about ordering a chair like this online but locally was going to be October before the one I wanted was in stock and I really needed a chair! So instead of getting a cheap 200$ chair I paid Over 500$ for this one thinking if it just lasts a year it will be worth it with heat and massage! I WAS WRONG! BIG MISTAKE! All I have Is a ripped up uncomfortable trashy looking chair that heats up in one zone and sounds like a helicopter in the fireplace! Also doesn’t feel or look like it reclines as much as in the picture! JUST AWFUL! Shoulda just had a bonfire and burned up 538 1$ bills! #REGRETS

Okay, this item is a mixed bag review. First, let's start with the pluses. This is an actual power lift chair, not just a power leg lift part or come a few inches off the base chair, it actually raises you to almost standing. Next the material on the outside of the chair is very comfortable. The chair actually has heating for the back and a massage feature, and they work. The chair was easy to put together and it even has a USB port to charge your phone. At the price point I paid for this chair, it's a deal. Now for the not so great. It's a small chair, I'm 5ft 6 in 300 lbs and typed in big man's power lift chair and this one showed up. Now the chair works, it just not a big man's chair. My feet hang off of the foot rest. Also I have to use a towel wrap between my neck and the chair at the top due to the contour of my neck and the chair. While the chair does lift me, it feels a little unsturdy. The lift is slow, which is fine but it does have some slack between some movements of the chair. Final word, is it a lazy boy ? Of course not. Would I buy it again , absolutely Value for the buck, excellent
