After the purchase, the delivery is fast, and the quality is also very good. It exceeded my expectations. When it was received, there were 4 parts: left, right, rear, bottom and a box of accessories. The instruction is clear and in detail, step by step. It is very easy to install and uninstall. Its material is made of artificial leather, which looks similar to real leather. It is soft and breathable when sitting on it. The chair has two control buttons and a usb jack: one to lift the chair and one to recline; you can control the angle (just stop pressing the button if you want). In the standing angle, it can help the person stand up. It also comes with a remote control, including 8 vibration massage nodes and 1 waist heating part, used for back/waist/thigh/leg massage, in the massage mode, it's very comfortable especially for people who have sore waist. Awful! Chair stopped working with in 5 mins. Poor customer service. Buyer beware! Seller will not work with me, and had to contact amazon several times! Awful experience! Christmas present for elderly man with limited mobility! Chair is junk!

ordered because of increasing difficulty getting out of chair. Very easy to assemble and comfortable, nice looking and worked as advertised..for 5 days and then no power to any operation. Checked all including receptacles to no avail. I contacted seller and after a brief back and forth they sent a new power supply which took about 2 minutes to install and now everything is working like a charm ! The only complaint I have is common to all lift chairs {and I've tried a few} they are sooo slow. I can understand why..they don't want some elderly person thrown to the floor, but still..I would love a turbo mode ! Up side is you don't have to worry about your pet being caught under the chair.. even if you have a pet sloth they will have plenty of time to get out. Satisfied customer. ... show more

While the two boxes that the chair arrived were pretty heavy and bulky, once de-boxed the major sections of the chair slide together easily. It only took this disabled old man about forty five minutes to assemble and the instructions were very easy to follow. The chair comes with all of the nice accessories like massage, heat and the stand assist feature really is nice for helping to get out of the chair. Love this chair! We bought this for our brother. 1st off he only received one box ( by UPS on Sat) the first day & was very upset. The other came the next day Sunday!! By FedEx Amazing to me because UPS doesn’t deliver on Sunday. Good on them!! Then he tried but couldn’t put it together so he got help. It still didn’t work, he called upset again then “I SEE you have to PLUG IT IN.” He absolutely loves the chair now. Says it is very comfortable & supportive. The mechanics work well He loves the heat and the Massage. He never has to wait for someone to come over and get him out of his chair now, he’s extremely happy!!
