This is the first digital mixer I've ever bought for myself, and it was a great choice! I love the seafoam blue color. This mixer comes with a variety of attachments and a plastic snap on container to store them in. They're easy to put on and take off. Just push them in to lock into the mixer and press a button and pull them out when you're done. The speed is adjustable via a button on top of the handle. I find it very easy to use. I can start off slowly on low power and use my thumb to increase speed and avoid splatters. This is my first digital screen mixer, and I am enjoying the push touch button to increase or decrease my speed setting. Weight isn't a problem. It's lightweight so it doesn't cause fatigue when using it for an extended period. All the attachments are useful and functional. I especially like the whisk...it's very effective for mixing dry ingredients. I am happy with my CBQ mixer.

I can’t say enough positives about this hand mixer. It is brilliantly conceived and greatly improves on the current standard by the big names This is exactly as described - and quite beautiful too. I had what appeared to be a good black/decker and after 2 uses I realized unless whipping something light like whipped cream, one of the beaters would not seat and stay in. It was useless. This is set up to be user friendly and you can easily increase and decrease the speed however you need to before you start it up during. The speed is digitally displayed - staring you in the face. I can start it up at a speed of 5 unlike other brands that you have to move from 1 to 2 and on up as you best. There is a turbo button to while mixing if needed, and you can just click the off button to stop it - no going down the speed settings like others. The color combo is very pleasing, it’s lightweight but sturdy. And finally it really does click into the holder. My old one was always at risk of toppling over and not sitting down far enough, and the cord and beaters would fall out snd scattered. I highly recommend this innovative effective appliance designed with the user in mind!

I got this mixer fo whipping frostings and mixing cakes. This mixer works good and handles these tasks well. The beaters start slow at 1st speed, the speed changes are smooth and the turbo shot is a good and solid burst of speed at your touch when you need it. The motor is pretty quiet at the first few speeds as well. The mixer is lightweight and easy to handle, The operating buttons are well placed and comfortable to use....But.....I'm not quite sold on some aspects of performsnce and build. Alt the higher speeds the beaters get good and fast and the motor feels like it is strong and powerful. But the mixer starts running quite loudly and the beaters get uncomfortably shaky to me at the higher speeds And it's a good looking mixer, great by design, but the plastic housing should be better strength and quality. It's a bit flimsy and gives off a negative impression and causes me to question build quality, especially in comparison to the housing some of the more popular brand name models I've used. Overall, for my needs, it's a pretty good mixer. 'Im not sure how it would handle the thicker cookie or bread doughs, but for light to medium density mixing it does a nice job. The mixer gets my cake mix perfectly blended so my cakes bake up soft and airy and whips up my frostings super fluffy and delicious.

I love how lightweight this mixer is. Don't let the lightweight fool you, it's also powerful. I've had many hand held mixers in my lifetime, but this one has to be my best. I also love the way it clicks together for easy storage. It fits in the bottom of my cabinet for easy access. All the beaters are kept in the storage tub it fits into. I really love how this feels. I have mixed a heap of mashed potatoes with ease. I would recommend this mixer. Great size for kids too. Update 4/24: I love this mixer. I use it hard and it is so lightweight that my arm doesn't hurt after using it. It is a little powerhouse. I haven't done a thick cookie dough with it. (I use a stand mixer for that), but it has mixed just about everything else. Out of over 10 hand mixers this one is my best yet, and I've had some upper end mixers.

This is gorgeous color and very easy to clean. I love that you can adjust the speed quickly and it's very quiet. The power is unbelievable. I love that everything stays together after you use it no more searching in drawer for the pieces! The chord is plenty long enough and it has a rubber tie on it for storage. I would definitely recommend this product for any age (including little baker in your house) beginner baker to college apartments to grandma with arthritis!! Great price to add!! No I'm not paid for this review!!
