Very happy with this fountain. It is quiet with a steady, gentle steam of water and my cats drink much more water compared to my other fountain. The stainless steel looks great and can be cleaned easily. Wish there was some sort of window similar to a coffee machine where you can see how much water is in the fountain. I just lift the fountain and can tell by the weight of it whether or not I need to add more water. My fountain had a sticker on it offering 12 free filters if you requested them using the email they gave. I emailed them simply saying I would like the free filters. They asked for a mailing address and 4 days later I had 6 blue filters and 6 of the black ring filters-a value of 20 dollars if I purchased them separately. Sweet deal and they were very pleasant in their communications. I've had this about six months now and no issues at all- just make sure you keep it clean- break it down and wash the pump and rinse filters periodically. I feel this fountain will last a long time as it is built and designed well. You should buy it- and get those free filters- what a deal ! ... show more

This is cute, quiet and fits well into a smaller space. The cats and dogs both love it. The pump stopped working after 6 months of continuous use. Contacted seller, they responded quickly and offered multiple solutions including a free replacement pump! Luckily it was just something random and it started working again, no problem. I’m really happy with the fountain and impressed by the excellent customer service! It’s important to note that the water drains from the reservoir when the power is off which could be inconvenient if there’s an outage and nobody is home to provide water. The large steel fountain in our master bath room was just to big and I needed a smaller one. It had to be steel, SO MUCH EASIER TO CLEAN! * This little fountain holds a good amount of water and fit the area I needed it to perfectly! When I took it out of it's box it was already mostly put together, there is an instruction mini booklet included. All I had to do was add the spout and the main filter. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! ** That being said I noticed that the suction cups on the bottom of the pump don't actually work. The bottom of the water bowl has raised rings that don't allow the suction cups to do anything. The suction cups are in a box formation but the rings are round. With the cord in the slot in the back it does seem to hold it in place along with the shape of the lid/ top. ** Another issue was when filling it. Per the instructions, it says to fill about 2 cm (or a half inch respectively) from the top to allow for when you place the lid and pump in place to avoid overflow. Actually, you need to fill it not from the top but from the MAX water line limit. So, 2 cm (or a half inch) BELOW the Max water line. I filled it to the Max water line (which is roughly 2 cm (or a half inch) from the top and it overflowed where the notch in the back is for the cord. I wasn't to happy about the mess. ** Other than those 2 things, I'm pretty happy with this fountain. My cats adjusted to it pretty easily. It's quiet, too! It only gets "loud" when the water level drops close to the MIN water line. ... show more

This is very quiet and well worth taking a chance on. I refuse to spend a lot on fountains for my cat since he is so picky. He loves this one and the replacement filters won't break the bank. I also like the fact that there is a filter around the pump so that hair etc doesn't clog up the pump.
