When our previous fountain was no longer able to allow any further forgiveness for random uncontrollable leakage, the pets were devastated. LUCKILY not only is this fountain incredible, and brilliantly designed to last as well as hold on to the water being pumped and filtered, but the shipping process was the most efficient I have encountered! My pets didn’t even have to be sad more than two days!! So the fountain arrived VERY quickly in eco-friendly packaging, all parts were present, and clear instructions were included. Washing and assembling the device was wonderfully easy, which is important because it does require frequent care, but this requirement has been well considered in the design. Once assembled and installed, this fountain is sleek and elegant and completely quiet, perfect for any space- and the design lends well to minimizing mess while pets splash and hydrate with glee. It takes half the space of the fountain it replaced in my home, yet has double the capacity and makes none of the noise or mess— and brings even more joy to my pets, because it clearly is designed with their comfort and enjoyment in mind, along with ease of care of the unit. 10/10 for creating a product that brings my cat as much happiness as having his own sink that no one ever forces him to turn off and leave before the party is over, but is easy to clean. Also, important note: The viewing window is really useful and looks fancy and nautical like a magical porthole into the sea , and has a cool reflective blue glow that looks just like the pictures. I would wish that this had been the first fountain we ever tried, except now I know to appreciate this one even more for being such an exemplary product from a nice company. Even when opening the package, notes about care and how to get help with assembly or trouble, or who to call to talk about the product, advice on hydration, as well as the tools in the box, all reflect how much heart and soul have gone into this amazing product. I am absolutely impressed with this company making products that live up to the promises.

I had another cat water dispenser that was always making noise no matter how much I cleaned it out. This one is silent, unless low on water. My cats love it. Love the stainless steel look. Clean water for my cats that looks like their own private sink spout constantly running for them. Very easy to assemble and maintain.

This is my 2nd purchase of this fountain. My new puppy kept bypassing his bowl to drink from the cat's fountain so I got a 2nd one just for him & he loves it. It fits perfectly in the space by the kitchen next to his food bowl & both fit nicely on a square doggy bowl mat. Water stays pretty fresh & clean up is easy as long as you clean regularly. No leaks & is very quiet. Setting up was a breeze. I don't write reviews until I've used my products for some time & I can tell you this one is a keeper. The only thing that will be replaced are the filters, luckily this came with several to get you started. Your pets will love it!

Great for "sink cats." I had a different brand of stainless steel pet fountain 13 years ago and it was way too heavy to lift and complicated to clean. It was also 5x the price of this one. This one is such a cute small size and it only fills half of one side of the sink, where my cat insists on using it. I can still use that side of the side just fine. It's quiet and I barely notice the sound. Haven't tried cleaning it yet, but looks straightforward. There are generic brand filters available that will fit the filter holder. I don't expect it will get very gross (the ones I had in the past did) simply because I change the water so frequently with it being in the sink. Great if you have a cat who demands to drink from the faucet. I transitioned the cat to this fountain over 2 days by placing it on top of a mixing bowl so it was the same height as the faucet. Wish I'd known these small affordable fountains existed years ago!

This has been running constantly for 2 weeks with no problems and no leaking. I just don't fill it to the tippy top. I also use filtered water from the fridge to fill it so that the filters last longer. I thought my cats would be afraid of this but they all love it. I didn't use the faucet type attachment. If you leave it off it's just like a soft wave of water. I might try attaching the faucet part later and see how my cats like it. Quiet but has a nice trickling sound so it's relaxing. I have had to top off the water every 2 days but not that much and I do have 6 cats and the unit is in a back bedroom that gets hot during the summer so I'm sure there is some evaporation. Comes with clear instructions. Glad I purchased the bigger one because the next size down would have been way to small. Nice light at the front for nighttime. It's in a spare bedroom that I made into a cat room so the light doesn't bother anyone but the light is not overly bright so it wouldn't matter if it was in a bedroom where ppl sleep. It's just a soft blue glow. I ordered the stainless steel one and I think this one will last longer than the plastic ones. Comes with a one year warranty on the motor. Clear instructions on how to clean it every couple of weeks.
