This thing works so great and my cats love it. I have 3 cats and 1 dog, and they ALL love to drink out of it. There is often a line, or even some fights, over who can drink out of it. Whenever I take it apart for cleaning, they all get upset and watch me very closely to see when it's ready. While it's drying, the cats will sit in my kitchen sink because they know it has flowing water, and they now demand the flowimg water source. Since I have 4 animals using the fountain, I have to clean it much more often than 30 days. Usually once a week, but I also will add new water about every other day. This is a very worthwhile investment because it is easy to clean, easy to use, and the animals all love it. It also doesn't take up much space. I highly recommend this product for anyone with any animals, even dogs. The flowing water seems to make them more interested in drinking more water more often, which is a huge deal especially for cats.

This is a bit bigger than I thought it would be, but still fine. It's VERY quiet. If you can hear the water trickling out, your water level has probably gotten too low. It was very easy to set up. My senior cat took to it right away and started drinking the water as it flowed out of the fountain. She drinks more now & I hope it might help with her dry skin. I would recommend this fountain although I've only had it about 2 weeks. I still think it's great value for the money.

This water fountain was great for my three cats to have in the main room for them all. Good capacity, easy to clean and refill. The appearance blends in nicely. All my cats loved it. But unfortunately just one day shy of 2 months (received 6/25- stopped working 8/24) it literally just stopped working. I was walking by and thought it was out of water but Nope. No water flow. So I cleaned it out throughly as I always do & still no water flow just the little blue light comes on. I didn’t hear any motor noise either. I have changed the little filter as well as stated in the instructions. So I’m not sure what happened. I plugged it in to another outlet and usb box to make sure it wasn’t that and still not working. I don’t want to be worried about replacing something every couple of months bc of a default in a product. I don’t know if anyone else has mentioned this happening but I thought I would give this update in case it happens to anyone else. Initially I wanted to give a 3 star review out of frustration but I did give it a 4 stars ⭐️ bc I do like the fountain. Its capacity is great! It worked very well when it did for my cats and they loved it.

I am absolutely upset with this product because it has not even been 5 months and this product motor already died and I have a 15-year-old cat that needs to have a fountain for the filtration and you guys are manufacturing a fountain that has a terrible motor in it plus you have to buy external filters and so now I have to eat the cost of not just the fountain but also the filters that I have purchased not fair not cool you guys are selling a terrible product that is dying and multiple customers are having the same problem. On top of that there is absolutely no way to get a hold of the seller there's no email no phone number no nothing they're supposedly a 1-year warranty on this product and you can't even access the warranty plus my cat now has to suffer because you guys have sold me a bunk product and have given me no way to resolve this problem and through Amazon if I were to return the product I'm going to eat money on it because they're taking money off and that's not cool because not only do I have a full box of filters I which are not cheap I also have a fountain that doesn't work and a fountain that needs to be replaced because my 15-year-old cat needs to have it awesome you guys suck. Sincerely a very disgruntled customer

I bought it to stimulate my dog to drink more water, although she’s young she’s more of the couch potato type and a regular bowl would last her almost the whole week. This fountain worked amazingly well at that! Now she drinks SO MUCH!! Also, knowing she’s drinking filtered, cleaned water instead of water that has been sitting on a bowl all day feels really good!! It’s very quiet, the light it’s not super bright but helps to see the water level and cleaning/maintaining it easy. The size it’s also not much bigger than a large dog’s bowl so it doesn’t occupy a ton of space. Overall I really like it and would recommend.
