I did both of those and waited patiently. After over a month, I reached out to them to see if they received it because the tracking number said it had been delivered a week before. They told me they lost the returned dress but would refund me in 7-15 days. It has now been 20 days and they have not refunded me and are not replying to my messages. Although I had to return and reorder for proper fit (contact Amazon customer service if refund issues), it ended up being an INCREDIBLE dress!!! So many compliments!! I did take it to a seamstress for minor alterations and it fit like a glove. I got size 6. 5’6 125lbs. Company also went above and beyond and created a custom veil to match my dress. Beautiful dress loved it it was slightly different than advertised I believe. Pretty good quality material I put a comparison photo to show the original dress I was going to buy for $1,400 in the shop but I found this one that was very comparable and I was very happy with it.
