I’m thrilled to have my new LootPaw GPS tracker and collar for my beloved cat! My cat is an indoor cat, but there have been times when she has gotten out accidentally and it’s been stressful trying to find her! When I saw a FB ad for this LootPaw tracker it made me want to buy one! My initial impression when I saw the packaging was “WOW”!! Everything is first class! I love the black and gold branding and how the collar is expandable and has a luxurious velvet texture. All the hardware is metal and very high-quality! I also love the little bowtie! The app is very easy to set up and use. Once I had the app going, it walked me through everything and helped me understand how to use all the features. I also really like that there’s a 30-day free trial before the subscription starts. I’ve seen a few trackers on the market and it seems this one has the most user-friendly attachment style by far. It has a base that attaches to the collar and then you can just twist it on and off with the press of a button so I don’t have to take her whole collar off every time I go to charge it. The battery life lasts a full day so I find it the easiest to charge the tracker right before bed and make that a habit. There’s a magnetic charger, so the tracker just snaps right onto it. Then each morning, I simply place the recharged tracker back on the clip. I’m thrilled this tracker is really lightweight, compact and stylish for my over-the-top kitty. The tracker’s ring light is also useful and fun! If I’m looking for my cat at night, I can activate the flashlight and choose a color that I like to help see her in the dark! The app also alerts me that the tracker needs to be charged and when it’s fully charged so that’s been super helpful. Plus I have a safety zone set up and I get alerted if she is out of my set safety zone. I am extremely pleased that LootPaw has a Televet service which I can access right through my app. Plus LootPaw’s customer service is also great! The main thing is this GPS tracker works and it’s easy to navigate the app. I am really happy with this purchase and feel like it’s the best tracker I could’ve gotten for my cat!

Recently our Scotchie boy went missing for one night and could not find him. It was a scary and traumatic, thankfully Scotch returned home the next morning. We knew it was important to get him a tracker immediately and have found the LootPaw GPS Tracker life-saving. He is very active and curious and demands to get outside. We allow him to go outside early in the day for 4-5 hours and we get him back inside before dusk. It's a perfect schedule for all. Feedback: The LootPaw GPS Tracker's has great features that allow us to better track Scotch and most importantly, find him. We found the Tracker to be very simple to set-up and use. The lightweight and sturdy Tracker is great and Scotch took well to it. It seems that the battery charge is good for a full day (about 10-12 hours) from what we can tell, works well for Scotch since he's not out for over 8-10 hours. Very thankful for the real-time and precise location of the GPS, which seems to be off a little, but for the most part, the GPS provides pretty accurate location. Tracker has a great activity feature displaying graphs with stats on his activity level by the hour, sleep/rest period, and calories burned. We have not used all the features at this point but hope to soon. Excellent customer service provided. Recommendations for future version: 1) a longer battery life, 2) lower subscription cost, and 3) smaller size tracker. We are very satisfied with the Tracker and have peace of mind that we can quickly locate our Scotch when we need to. Big fans of the LootPaw Tracker and will consider purchasing another tracker for our other cat. Heartfelt thanks to the LootPaw Team!

This device has been wonderful!My cat Luna loves to dart out the front door so this tracker was a must. Any time she sneaks out I get an alert to my phone that she has left the safe zone and I have so much peace of mind now! I had a snag with set up because my WiFi was acting up so I called customer service and they were SO helpful, they walked me through the whole process and gave me some tips on how to get the most out of this tracker. It has an easy twist on attachment so taking it on and off her collar is a breeze. Luna and I are on a routine now, I put the tracker on her in the morning so she is able to go exploring in my backyard and by the evening I take it off her and put it on the charger. I also tested out the virtual vet service and it is so nice to know I can talk with a veterinarian any time I want if I ever have any questions. They recommend a flea preventative since she is outside every day so that was helpful! The vet service alone is going to save me so many vet visits and hassle with getting her into her carrier. I highly recommend this tracker to everyone!
