These are so much better than I expected. I bought 3 to place around my house. They look nice, like any other furniture and they keep litter contained. This is such a fantastic solution for hiding litter boxes but keeping them accessible. They’re very easy to assemble, and all parts lined up perfectly. Everything is packaged well, no damage. I bought this 7 months ago, and it’s still holding up great! I did do some minor modifications, which I’ll go into shortly. I can confirm that this enclosure fits the Litter Robot 4 with the litter hopper and shield cover too! To make things easier for clean up and accessibility I added: -contact paper around the entire inside of the enclosure just in case of any spray and just to protect the walls - added a carpet pee pad to the base to just protect the base as well - added a small tension rod at the entrance (got mine from Daiso if you have that store near you) along with some short lace “curtains” (also from Daiso) - created a lazy Susan, got a 17 3/4” round wood piece from Home Depot (1” thick) with a lazy Susan piece and while we did have to do a little extra work to make it all fit flush nicely so the litter robot would fit inside but allows you to rotate the litter robot inside to clean it out and big enough to not affect the weight sensors -put tape rope light inside just to add some extra light inside - we did make the top shelf a bit higher to adjust for the litter robot add on shield with flap so the cats went through the correct exit - and just a air freshener on the top shelf to just keep things fresh. It may sound like a lot of things to do, but it really just helped make this last longer and more functional for our household. As for litter tracking, I don’t see a huge difference despite the inside area with the grates, even with the litter robot shield flap, my cats still some how track litter everywhere. But I don’t seem to get much litter physically inside the enclosure at least. Overall, great design and product for the price. Putting it together did take some time, so don’t rush it. It will be worth it. Also, when you are putting the door lock part, take your time to line it up properly, you may need to adjust a few times! But five out of five stars for me! ... show more

I gave 4 stars because the doors came a little wonky. They don’t quite match up and one doesn’t shut quite as smooth as the other. Aside from that, it fits my larger automatic litter box. It helps keep the litter tracking down as the cats have to go across the litter catcher first. A lot of the litter just gets stuck on top of the catcher (which you can see in the picture), but at least it’s caught somewhere. It’s easy enough to slide the catcher out, slide the top off, and empty the catcher. The only issue with that is a lot of the litter gets caught in the grooves where the top slides in, so not the easiest to empty. This box also helps keep the dust down. It seems all the dust mostly settles within the box, so that’s a plus. It was a lot to put this together, so be prepared. I think it took my husband a couple hours. There’s a lot of parts and pieces to screw together, but it wasn’t particularly difficult, just time consuming. The cats were a bit leery of going in the box, but they eventually got comfortable with it. The powers strip is helpful for plugging in the automatic litter box. We haven’t used all the other features like USB charging ports because I just have cat beds on it. The cats do like to lay on top of it. This box is sturdy. The top seems solid and there’s an extra foot in the middle underneath to support the floor of the box. It’s on the heavier side, but the feet do not scratch the floor if you move it around. I did order a second one as I think it’s a solid choice. I’m hoping the doors fit together on this one. ... show more

10/10 recommend getting this. I spent the afternoon putting it together and I could not be happier. I have a 15 year old 3 legged cat for whom I bought a 24x24 in litter box for. It fits perfectly! It is about 5 inches taller than expected but absolutely beautiful. I am able to fit the litter box, litter, scoop and smell good stuff comfortably inside the cabinet. I wish I took a before picture because I HATED how it looked and searched for months to find this one. I highly recommend a little patience and a power drill and you be more than happy with this! And that doesn’t include whatever I choose to put on the shelf. I literally FaceTimed 3 people to show it off immediately after completion. Is it a little pricey? Perfect cabinets for our three big male cats! They look great in our home and have been a fantastic solution for hiding the litter boxes. The slide out litter catch box is a good idea and works well. I still vacuum every other day, but there is much less litter to clean up. We’re extremely happy with how functional and attractive these cabinets are. A couple of additional items purchased from Amazon to complete our cat litter system: CLEAR CONTACT PAPER I covered all of the interior panels with clear contact paper, which makes cleanup quick and easy if there are any accidents. We use XXXL stainless steel litter pans, and they fit perfectly inside the cabinets. UNDER MOUNT LIGHT STRIPS We also added under-cabinet LED light strips, which provide plenty of light when it’s time to scoop and clean. PEE SHIELDS I added 5 plastic shields to each pan to prevent pee from going over the top of the pan. We tried lids but those were harder to keep clean. LITTER MATS We bought the XL litter mats to use underneath the cabinets and they really help trap extra litter. ... show more

Okay so its a good box. Like its chic keeps most litter in the box. It’s pretty spacious on the inside i fit an XL litter box in there and theres still some space left. Its not huge or heavy but if you already have limited space i recommend finding something else. Easy to clean and i like it. But they only got these 2 little vent holes in the back that does absolutely nothing. It keeps the smell in there so when u open it. bam all the smell hits u. If its a hot day its going to be hot in that box. My cats still use the litter box but ive been noticing that since the smell gets trapped in there they dont want to go bathroom. We were so shocked by the quality of this product. Especially for the price. I know Whisker has enclosures that are meant to specifically fit the LR but they are much more expensive. So this is an affordable product that basically does the same for a fraction of the price. Our Litter Robot 4 fits perfectly in here and I haven’t smelled any odors coming from it since putting it in. I love the little paint details. The material of the product is very well made and sturdy. My boyfriend was able to put it together in about an hour and a half. There is quite a lot of hardware that comes with this but he didn’t have any trouble with anything during assembly. The litter catcher in the bottom pulls out all the way. It’s quite long so use both hands to fully remove and put back. The top piece of the litter catcher slides out horizontally to allow access for cleaning. The only issue to consider is depending on your litter robot, you’ll have to remove it from the enclosure to allow for removal of the bonnet and thorough cleaning. Especially to change out filters and odor trap pods, as well as refilling litter (or just scoop some into the robot through the cabinet doors). To change trash bag/liners in the waste bin I was able to leave the robot on top of the mat and slide the robot to face out the cabinet doors. When done I just slid it right back into place, you shouldn’t have to actually lift it to do this if you have that bottom mat. I would recommend this to anyone. Make sure you measure your space and check dimensions because this is a large product - done so intentionally to fit large litter robots like ours. Tried to include a video of the entire thing but it wouldn’t upload. The latch in the front required a good bit of force/effort to “lock it” all the way.
