About a month ago I got the Cat Men's Waterproof Work Boots, and they are impressive. These are my thoughts: 1. WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT? - These boots are well-made, sturdy, and designed to last. The materials feel and are premium as expected from Caterpillar. The design and colors are super nice, too, as these boots look good on and off the job site. 2. HOW DOES THIS PRODUCT PERFORM? - They are completely waterproof and keep my feet dry. Compared to what I had, some boots from Walmart with steel toe, these boots provide great support, and the comfort level is through the roof. They are really lightweight, making long days in them just fly-by. Cleaning is easy, just wipe them with the wet cloth and that's it. 3. IS THE PRODUCT EASY TO USE? - It is extremely easy to put them on. Slip them on, lace them up, and you're good to go. 4. IS THE PRODUCT A GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY? - How much you value your feet? I paid $70.00 - if they last a year, and I wear them every day, that's $0.19 per day. If they last longer, do the math. And these boots can go a long mile. Considering the quality, performance, and how good they look, these boots are worth every penny. 5. WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO YOU? - Absolutely! If you are like me and looking for a reliable, comfortable, and stylish work boot from a well established brand, the Cat Footwear Men's Threshold is a great choice.

These are some of the most comfortable work boots I've ever worn. They seem well made, although time will tell. Size is right on. Not loose nor tight. Price is pretty good.

This is my second pair of these boots. They hold up well, are pretty comfortable out the box and are made pretty well too. All leather uppers, say they’re waterproof but beyond stepping in a few deep puddles and wet grass I can’t confirm. If you want serious waterproof boots you gotta get GoreTex anyways. The soles don’t have an aggressive lug pattern which I like cuz these boots don’t pick up a lot of mud and debris. I like the covered toe part which is like a rubberized fabric. Which will wear through after a while so if you’re on your knees a lot they’ll wear out after a while. Good heel support and decent arch support. Get yourself some good insoles, no boot company I’ve seen gives you good insoles with the boots they’re all a joke. Get the best ones you can find cuz they’re worth it. The eyelets some people don’t like cuz they can break, the top lace hook popped out on mine but I don’t need it. The laces are like paracord, and seem to last longer than normal but not the life of the boots unless your working indoors. All in all if you can find these for under $90 Is grab em. Plus, they do look pretty cool I think.

These boots are comfortable to wear and easy to lace up. I wear mine for doing yard work like cutting grass or shoveling snow they keep my feet dry when it`s wet out. Very well built boot, I highly recommend these boots.

I typically wear 10.5 wide and ordered CAT Threshold Work Boot in that size. I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these are immediately. Some break-in of boots like these to get them feeling good a would be understandable, but these don't seem to need it. They are a little tighter in all the right spots and a little looser in all the right spots--the fit just feels right, standing and walking. Really nice! Time will be the true test, but these look to be well-made as well. Nothing about their construction stands out to me as problematic. If they do hold up well, and the fit stays good also, I would say these are high quality and a bargain for the price. Kudos to CAT for actually delivering quality and value to consumers with this boot! Examples of that are harder and harder to find... Based on initial impressions I highly recommend.

My 2nd pair of Cats, different model shoe though. First on had steel toe, this one soft, both waterproof & both comfy as hell. Waterproofness tried & tested. Had a mini-typhoon hit SE Louisiana a month ago. Damn near tore down my canopy. Wrestled with it for 45 minutes. Boots kept my feet dry for most of it, but there was so much rain I didn't realize how high it had gotten, so when I stepped off the concrete part in front the garage, water was higher than the top of the boot... 🤦 Shoulda put my weighters on after a point, but I wasn't paying attention. Boots did great through and through, wasn't their fault they got overwhelmed. Lol I was able to get these for a steal. I would've normally gotten steel toe, but waterproofness was my main concern. Came across these "used- like new" for less than half the price listed for "new". I'm sure they were simply used as a display piece, possibly a return, either way they looked brand new and came in the original box. Very pleased with them. I can still wear the 1st pair, but the right shoe had been torn, I forget how, after 2 years of wearing them. I keep them just in case I ever get around to learning stitching or whatever. 🤷

Bought these work boots because of the recent reviews and also, they have the 3 important factors working in construction. Firstly, comfort right out the box. Non-slip, waterproof and electrical hazard safety. Box arrived quickly. Tried them on and fit perfectly for my 9.5 size. Great color as well. Wore them the next day at work. No issues. Lightweight as well. I'm actually going to buy another pair as the price is decent and probably the best boot, I so far bought on amazon.
