I ordered this a few days ago. Personalized. I needed to add more characters on the first line of personalization but it only allowed 26 characters. It also would take almost 3 weeks for it to be shipped. I reached out to the seller to ask for additional characters on the name and if possible to expedite. They got back to me in just a few hours. They gave me all the characters needed for the title AND I received the package a few days after. Very happy with customer service! The product itself is high quality. The glass is clear and substantial in weight. It looks and feels expensive. I would not like to present something cheap to the person as special as this one. The writings are perfect.
