Our kitty (12lbs) is very particular when it comes to items we buy her. Sometimes she won’t even acknowledge something meant for her. Upon opening the package, zipping up the carrier and putting the soft, washable pad in the bottom- she jumped right in. She’s been hanging in it with the door open for the past 20 minutes. Pros: I love how it folds down into a flat, compact design for storing. Also the roll up curtains that Velcro are a great option. I rolled all of them up to help her get comfortable and they hold nicely. There’s 4 mesh style windows that allow for good air flow and visibility for kitty. They also have 2 hand held straps and a shoulder strap as well. It has one big pocket on the side for storing small things. This was reasonably priced and you really get a good item for the value. I would recommend this to friends and family!! Photos: Pictured is 12lb Milli hanging in her new carrier. The washable soft bottom that unzips and can go into washer as needed. Last pictures are the carrier curtains/windows rolled up showing the all mesh panels and also the curtains down where all but 1 window is covered. Really cool item! I'm in love with the cat carrier! It's definitely softer than the hard plastic ones you get from the store. It's completely collapsible too, so storing it is no problem! My cat ran right in as soon as I opened it up! It even comes with a pocket for treat or small toy storage! It also includes multiple straps for carrying. It also has mesh windows with the option to close most of them. My cat and I are in love! ❤️ ... show more

This carrier is high quality. It's good for medium size cat, not great for overweight cats. My boy is medium and as you can see he loves it. It's nicely foldable and easy to assemble again. The small window give my cat comfort and ease of look at his surroundings. I absolutely love it.

What I like most about this carrier (there is a lot to like) is that it folds up so it is essentially flat for convenient storage. The canvas material feels sturdy and the zippers move freely. The removable pad inside has a fleece-like cover that is removable itself for cleaning. There is a large top opening and one of the sides also opens for easy access. it was easy to assemble and one of my cats immediately wanted to lay in it. i like that it’s collapsible so i can store it without it taking up too much space. i do think its a great size for my 10 and 13 pound cats but it looks like it might not be large/tall enough for my 18 pound cat to stand in comfortably. still, i have been looking to switch all of their carriers to soft carriers so this is really great for the price and i can easily use it for one of my two average sized cats ... show more

First of all, my cats voluntarily sit in their carriers like theyre a fort of some sort, so when I brought this one home they instantly went into it as soon as I opened it. It’s a good size for adult cats.
