excellent adhesion, tact time and coverage. i wanted to try this edge sealant for a long time. I used it on stem walls foundations to footings. the elasticity is more than I expected. This was a good practice being the inside edges of foundations. it’s really a protections if and ever an edge crack occurs to keep water from seeping into the footings/ rebar. I’ll probably use more along the outside sill plate to stem walls foundations to prevent long term bugs from exploring around.

Looks durable, flexible with good adhesion, however this is not self leveling and a bit thick, so you need to make sure scrape excess and level it before it hardens

I received the sealant and the sausages had only 2 months until expiration. It was very tough on my hands squeezing it out. Tip: I discovered if I let the tubes sit in the sun awhile (75F today), the sealant softens up nicely and was much easier to dispense. I'm sure the pros know that and can get a good chuckle at my expense.

Excellent product. Best if using on a flat surface. Slightly runny but perfect for filling cracks in concrete. Bought two first order, ran out ordered again and received next day. More and more purchases recently have been received next day from Amazon delivery. Pretty handy.

A few tubes arrived opened and broken and couldn't get help replacing just the broken items could only return the entire shipment to get a full refund and I needed the items the next day and couldn't return everything

In terms of product performance, this stuff works great on expansion joints. It sealed the gap between my driveway and the road with a flexible, but dense rubbery material. Adhered to both side of the joint walls, too, so should keep water out. I finished by tossing some sand on the top of the smoothed goo, which helps hide imperfections. Now, the down side. The sellers are borderline incompetent or lazy. Twice my orders were lost and I had to cancel and reorder. Another time It was a week before they finally shipped my order. Bottom line, do not use seller if you have a time sensitive job, and their fulfillment effort is very lacking. Am giving a very generous four stars because the produce is good, but minus one star for poor customer service. I should deduct two, but I am feeling charitable today….
