fantastic pillow, nice and soft and scruntches just right and you can mold it to your favorite shape. You just need to try it, it's hard to explain, but if you like to scruntch your pillow to fit all your head curves, this is the one.

I bought this believing it would offer neck support. No neck support, no firm or fluff. It appears fluffy but as soon as you lay your head down it goes flat unlike the pictures. Got my first casper pillow from costco. Once I decided I liked it and wanted another they didn't have them anymore. Once I logged on here I was shocked by the price. I got this one on sale but still way more than costco. I like that it is fluffy but not so overly fluffy that it cricks my neck. I am typically a side sleeper. So far if the pillow goes "flat" after a few nights I give it a shake and squish then it's back to new. ... show more
