This couch has been amazing for my husband who has trouble getting up. It's comfortable and soft. We don't sink when we sit. It holds up to the grandkids with the rough jumping they do. 1 and half and 3 year old. We just love it. We are planning on getting the 5 seat set next. Our daughter has 6 seater with 4 kids 3 adults and a large dog. It has held up very well for over a year now. Very easy to put together. Customer service is awesome and helpful. This couch sucks. In only a couple of months it was beginning to deform and the fabric was getting so fuzzy. In 5 months the back cushions were permanently squished. In less than a year the seats were so worn out in the cracks that we began sitting on straight wood. Right around a year the springs began popping up. One time I (125lbs) sat on the ottoman and the cushion fell through the frame instantly and broke. The couch is so lumpy and uncomfortable now. It looks and feels like absolute crap and we just got it a little over a year ago. Beginning to shop for yet another new couch because I cannot deal. It’s also such a shallow couch that you can hardly fit on it. I know that the dimensions are disclosed, but I didn’t think I would hate the depth as much as I do. Even if you’re desperate, do not spend $1000 on this couch. It’s so insanely overpriced and you’ll be buying a new one in a year or less. I truly did not think I could dislike a couch this much. I even said that when I was reading the bad reviews, I was like okay it can’t be that bad, its a couch! But I was sooooo wrong.

Love the sectional, it’s very comfortable and sturdy. Package arrived in great condition, shipping time was weird since six of the boxes came on time but one of the boxes came a few days late and I forgot it was part of the order and hilariously I was very thankful when the seller pretended to gift me one free sofa. It was very easy to assemble, it took me about an hour to open all the first six boxes and organize them even with a hyperactive toddler running around. All in all, it’s a nice purchase, definitely recommended!

Assembly is easy and it is nice to buy separate pieces to make the couch you want. I, for example, bought pieces to make a sectional. However, the couch is not deep enough to sit comfortably for very long. Napping on it hurt my 22-year-old back. The fabric pills easily and really badly. It works for what I got it for, but am definitely pawning it off on the first person who expresses interest.

I've had this couch for a few months now and it's held together pretty well, it was really easy to put together only took me about 40 mins to assemble all the pieces. Only issue so far is one of the arms was starting to separate but pretty easy to fix. Other than that it's pretty comfortable and definitely worth the price.

The media could not be loaded. I paid for six seats and received only three seats !!!! I contact the seller and no reply!! I’m so upset and disappointed! It’s firm and comfortable but I need the next three seats!! This is ridiculous!!
