While I like the case it would have been nice to receive the right foam insert. Hopefully I receive the right insert with my exchange. Other than that the case will be perfect to use for the handheld. It will fit the handheld and the plug in plus charging wires, which is why I bought it. UPDATE: Replacement arrived today. This is a nice case so long as one realizes that it is considerably less than rigid ... or even semi-rigid. The lid can be bowed in easily with one finger. The case opens via two nice zippers. The hinge is basically a light fabric which allows the lid to hang loosely when the case is opened. The same goes for the divider: barely semi-rigid and on a floppy cloth hinge. Inside the lid is a slippery, tiny zipper which opens a roomy mesh pocket up for peripherals. The padding bows inward until the credit card reader and attachments are inserted. That padding can be readily removed for cleaning; it isn't glued in. Altogether this is a nice case for simple carriage, but I don't think I'd take it on a trip with luggage. It's meant to gather together more than to protect the contents from impacts or squashing. I'm rating it at four stars for the lack of rigidity. Still a good Amazon buy at the price. ... show more
