Reliably scans DigiKey, LCSC, and small 9mm (3/8") Inventree QR codes. The latter seems to be about the limit of how small QR code can be for this unit to reliably read it.

Pretty nicely made (made better than a lot of the other cheap Chinese barcode scanners but not quite as good as something like Zebra or Symbol scanners) and is certainly a great value for the price. Seems to work "mostly" pretty well, easily scanning most barcodes. The only thing that I noticed, and why I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5, is that it seems to read some symbols incorrectly. For example, we have a printed barcode of "12345V-001" but it reads the dash/hyphen as a slash instead (i.e. reads it as "12345V/001" instead of "12345V-001") for some reason. All our other barcode scanners, as well as barcode scanner app on my phone, all read it correctly so not sure why this particular barcode scanner does not. There's no such problem with correctly reading letters and numbers. The issue appears to only be with non-alphanumeric characters.

It only worked two times. Very disappointed with this scanner. I don’t know if I got a dud but I see all the positive reviews and I’m just not sure I got the same scanner everyone else did.
