Absolutely hate this printer. I had a Star printer before that was hardwired into the computer and never had an issue. Purchased the Wi-Fi to use with our tablet when processing sales on Shopify app. Rarely stays connected, often have to power cycle, and sometimes then it still won't work. Print quality, print speed, and ease of use is perfect. Zero complaints there. Installing the driver and software on the other hand was less than straight forward. I was unable to figure it out after two days, and our tech guy spent one whole day working on it before it functioned properly. I'll still buy more of these in the future, but making the driver and software more readily available in it's fully updated form would make this product a must for any sales operation. ... show more
