Doesn’t look like the photos
First off, the back consists of three boards you insert into the main couch structure. The pillows have a “slip” attached to the back so when you put the pillow on the front, you need to slip the pillow onto the board (then it velcro underneath the lip of the main couch structure). This slip restricts any form of expansion thus reducing the plushness of the couch. Secondly, the arm rests are not rests, they are pillows which are connected by zippers. Yes, zippers. I am not joking. You zip the cushion to the couch and this is your “arm rest”. The arm cushion doesn’t have any height so it is basically just “there”. Thirdly, the material. It came damaged., there is a tear in one of the main couch structures in addition the material is very scratchy. Lastly, the dimensions are not correct. It is about 13” short lengthwise and roughly 5” short in depth. I wasn’t even going to bother with the height because at this point I have already wasted enough time and energy on this product. I have requested a return and when the seller contacted me with the return proposal they were going to charge me a restocking fee of over $100 or I could take a $150 credit. I find this absolutely unacceptable. They send me a couch that isn’t as described and in addition, is damaged. They had me send photos of the boxes, the couch, the tape measure of the length shortage (as if they didn’t already know their product is not as advertised). I would really rethink about buying this couch or anything from this seller.

Don’t do it Don’t do it
I wish there had been more reviews when I purchased it. Couch is cute, but not comfortable at all, the material is very scratchy, the armrests zipper on and give you no arm support, the back cushions are basically flat boards, the couch is just incredibly uncomfortable, and feels very flimsy, sad I wasted all this money. The length is short. The height is short. The back pillows lean forward. It’s just a waste.

Do not buy this product Do not buy this product
In less than a year of use, I noticed that the fabrics that support the upholstery are tearing due to contact with wood, and the upholstery keeps coming off when someone sits on the sofa.

Very comfy
Follow instructions on leaving cushions in the bags to fully come to size definitely an instruction to listen to and not ignore. Over all very comfy and easy to clean. Wish there were covers available to due having a baby and a little taller in height in the back rest and height of sofa.
