OK, so I purchased this tarp in May, and finally got it put up yesterday. I am very impressed with how strong this tarp is. It is being used on a carport cover that is 12 x 20 feet. This tarp is 14 by 20 feet, because I like to have it "hang down" a bit on one side for during the rainy months of our "Winter". What really impressed me is that, unlike most every other tarp supplier out there, whose tarps "finished size" always ends up being 6 to 8 inches short in both length and width, THIS TARP is a full 14 x 20 feet !! Very Cool !!! My only complaint is that on a few of the grommets (2 or 3), the edges were "bent up" a bit, but I was able to just tap them down again with a rubber mallet. Only thing now is how well it will hold up to the intense sun, here in the "Inland Empire". Only time will answer this. ... show more

I just had a chance to put up my tarp (14'x20') that I've purchased a month ago (car port) My pipe frame measured 14' x20'. you need extra space to put bungie ball that I've adjusted. Fits okay. Haven't had any heavy rain this summer in Hawaii. Just from my experience, tarp is good. Tarp is exactly 14'x20', 12 mil. Should be fine. ... show more

Item not as described not durable at all. Not even 2 months and it ripped by itself also not the best quality not durable at all I don’t recommend to any one save your money. And no warranty at all just the 30 day return window

This is a real nice heavy duty tarp. We had one to cover our wood pile but only lasted a few years before it fell apart. This tarp is so much heavier and good quality. We expect this one to last many years. Thank you.
