This chair is a staple in our nursery, for the past 9months this has been where I’ve fed, comforted, napped, played and just “be” with my baby. It is very comfortable and soft to the touch. I associate this chair with so many core memories bc it’s where we’ve bonded the most. We’ve moved it from our room to the nursery and it is easy to move. Absolutely fabulous chair for comfort and size if you're fairly petite or narrowly built. Shipping and delivery was horrendous... the chair came in the saddest-looking, beat-to-hell box I've ever seen, but it was wrapped in heavy plastic, so it didn't get dirty from what we could see at the time of delivery (we WAITED for this puppy). It remained in it's sad box, in the same spot, for about 3.5 months when my little one was born, due to dusty home improvements (read: nesting on overdrive). When we opened it we loved it; sat in it and loved it; got out of it, and realized we had been sitting unevenly. It made this metal griding shriek when my husband stood up. We turned it around and the back brace had been snapped in half during transit, causing the left and right sides to sit a solid 3 inches difference in height. We have never been able to get rid of the noise, and aren't in a position to pay even more to have it repaired, but it is so comfortable when you get used to your left and right sides sitting at different altitudes. In all honesty, we'd love to have another if we could pick up straight from the manufacturer to avoid the damage and wait. Just a shame. ... show more

I bought this glider to round out my son’s nursery. And it is beautiful, required zero assembly upon arrival and glides like I am on a cloud! I will admit it is a little pricey but I hope to be able to use it for years to come while I rock my baby to sleep or read him stories.     • AWFUL NOISE AFTER A FEW MONTHS

We bought this chair because it was the best fit for our baby’s nursery. I ready so many reviews and chose to put a folded towel under the chair incase it leaked that black oil everyone was talking about. Thank God we did because we lifted the chair to spray WD-40 on it and the towel is covered in black grease from under the chair. It would have ruined our new carpet… we have been using the chair daily for the past 5 months and about a month ago it started squeeking a little bit if you rocked in one direction, and now it’s in every direction and the squeezing is SO loud. My husband has to spray it a few times a week to keep it quiet. We also hate that the ottoman doesn’t rock with the chair… in my opinion, it’s not worth the money. We are extremely upset about the grease on the bottom side of it. Thankful other reviews warned us about it because we just spent so much money putting new carpets in all of our bedrooms and that would have been a permanent stain. The squeezing is extremely annoying and wakes the baby. No matter what we do it comes back after a few days. A waste of $600.. ... show more
