My husband and I bought this as a more affordable chair for feeding and soothing our baby as the chair I really liked costs $750 (yikes!). I was skeptical because I have a bad back and easily get back pain. This chair, however, is fantastic! Overall, it is very sturdy, comfortable, and provides great support. I did need a little more back support as there is a little too much space between my lower back and the chair (I am 5'3") so I bought a Hiccapop pregnancy wedge pillow to put there and the problem is solved! Everyone else who sites on the chair is shocked at how comfortable it is, especially for the price. It rocks easily with no extra noise or creaking. The assembly is not too difficult either. This is the second time we have had this sa.e chair and it's just as good as three years ago. We gave it away because we were moving and didn't want to put it in storage. It is simple to put together, glides well, and is super comfortable. Our last one held up really well!

We purchased this on Amazon prime day for our nursery. It was fairly straight forward to assemble. The cushions are pretty soft and don't offer much support but it's not bad. The ends of the arms are not ideal for a baby though because if you're nursing, baby's head can (and has!) bumped it. So we have to keep a towel or soft blanket on the end of the arm to keep it covered and avoid brain damage to our baby while nursing or rocking to sleep. Also as you can see in the picture the buttons popped off and now the cushion looks all inflated. I can probably reset the button on but I'm surprised by how poor the workmanship was. It's ok for what it is but I wouldn't buy it again and especially not for a nursery for the purpose of nursing/rocking baby. ... show more

As I sit here in this rocker and think of all it's been through in the past 3 years I realize just how great it has been. It has survived 3 years of constant use and survived 3 different moves within those three years (sold, rented, built) and it is still going strong.
