I only use induction cooktops which are much easier on your pans than gas or even conventional electric stoves. THESE PANS DON'T NEED HIGH HEAT TO DO THE JOB!! This 16-piece CAROTE cookware set exceeded my expectations. The granite nonstick coating works beautifully — food slides right off and cleanup is effortless. The pots and pans heat evenly, feel sturdy, and look sleek on the stove. I appreciate the larger capacities, perfect for family meals, and the fact that they're induction-compatible is a big plus. As someone who loves to cook for my family I was super excited to upgrade to this CAROTE cookware set! The white granite finish looks absolutely gorgeous in my kitchen. Honestly , it’s so pretty I almost didn’t want to use them at first. The pans heat up quickly and cook evenly and I love that they’re nonstick. Makes cleanup so much easier. The handles are comfortable to hold and the set has everything I need, from a tiny saucepan for oatmeal to big pots for soups and stews. The utensils included are a nice bonus too. One little downside: you really do need to be gentle and use only soft utensils. I accidentally scratched one pan early on when my husband grabbed a metal spatula. So these are not for heavy-duty, rough cooking sessions. Also I wish the lids fit a little more tightly but but that’s just me being picky! Overall, it’s a beautiful and practical set that’s made my time in the kitchen more enjoyable. Just treat them with care and they’ll stay looking fabulous!

I've had mine for a few months now, I didnt want to write a review until I gave them a fair shot. Pros: Very easily to clean. Nice number of piece options. Pretty well constructed. Cons: very easily scratched. Coating will not last long if youre not careful. Not dishwasher safe. These pans are a nice cheap option for your kitchen. They aren't going to last you years, but if youre like me and change pots and pans often, these are great.
