Happy with this little guy once I put mirrors on it. I Haven’t clocked it, but it has to be close to 20 mph. Not sure on the total mileage it will get. I put around 7 miles on it one day and it only dropped one bar. Suspension is decent enough but if you hit a pot hole you’ll know. You need to try to look ahead the best you can sitting this low to the ground, you could lose control if you hit a hole on this baby, at full speed. Decent size basket and well made. I was super impressed with the brightness of the headlight. The running taillight is a nice safety feature as well as a break light. The seat is decently cushioned, coul be better for this old butt. All in all this a quality little scooter that will get you from point a to point B. Enjoy it but be conscious of the fact it is low and could be a danger if of not riding safely.

I went thru so many reviews on e bikes before I settled on this one and I am glad I purchased this one. The e bike is excellent and it's so much easier getting my 1st grader to the bus stop. I also took it to Daytona Beach and baby I was flying on the sidewalk 😆 The tires needed air but other than that, it's prefect for my little country bumpkin area. Only upgrade I need to do is get a bigger seat because I got junk in the trunk and the current seat hurts after seating too long.

I received this scooter a month ago. It was easy to put together and the video that I found online helped me understand how to put it together. OK, so far so good. I rode it to work and back for two days and loved it I couldn’t say enough good things about it. The next week I rode it to work again fine. The next day I rode it to work and then on the way home it died—just DIED—in the middle of an intersection in downtown Washington DC putting me in extreme danger. It cost me $45 to find a large Uber to get me home. I contacted support, and after being on hold, i talked to what must’ve been just a generic call center, who took my info and said someone would call me. Instead, it took them a couple days to get back to me VIA EMAIL and they gave me written instructions that made no sense to me telling me to do something that I had no idea how to do. No pictures, nothing. I sent them an email back explaining that I didn’t understand their instructions nor did I understand how to remove the battery as they had asked as there were no instructions on how to do that. They sent me back a video asking me to check connections in the battery, but still no instructions on how to actually access the battery. I no longer trust this brand despite the fact that I actually did love the scooter. I returned it on Amazon and I will say that their “after purchase service“ was quite unhelpful. It took me an hour to put it together. It’s going to take me another hour to take it apart so it can be shipped back. Unfortunately, after the first two rides, I threw the box away because it was recycling day and now I have no way to actually get it into a box to ship back because it’s very big and weighs 80 pounds. Despite the fact that I loved the scooter when I rode it, this whole mishagas has been quite upsetting. I would urge everyone to be wary of this company.

Start with the disclaimer: If you're looking for a scooter than can handle hills for someone over 200 lb, the 350W motor/ 36V 5.2Ah battery is a little underpowered. And don't trust the 15 mile range, that's for people who weigh around 100 lb and drive downhill all the time. If you live in a hilly environment, you might want to power up to the 750W motor/48V 10.4Ah battery. You'll appreciate that you did. It's worth the extra $150. That said, this is a delightful scooter with a remarkable price tag. Let me repeat that, this is a very fun scooter for close range travel, say a 4 or 5 mile round trip. It charges quickly, costs pennies per charge, does 20 mph on a flat surface or downhill (downhill is basically coasting, as the motor cuts out at 20 mph for legal reasons). It holds riders up to 6'4" (1.9m) comfortably. The shock absorbers, wider tires, and cushioned seat make for an amazingly smooth ride. There is surprisingly good acceleration on level ground. It's agile, easy to dodge the potholes, has a very good turning radius. It's fun to ride and definitely classifies as cheap thrills. A few suggestions for accessories: Bicycle helmet, extra inner tubes, a good tire pump, mirrors, cable lock, a sturdy water bottle, bungie cords for the basket, smart phone mount (for GPS speedometer). If it's raining or muddy, a weatherproof backpack or knapsack with a change of clothing and zip bags for wallet, phone, etc. The brakes are good. Always brake first with the rear tire (right hand), as center of gravity is a little on the high side. A sudden front wheel stop at full speed could tip the rider over the front tire. And get extra keys made. It comes with two, but more is wise. The key at ground level is bit risky for off pavement or in a spill, it pays to have extras, just in case.
