Pretty simple to put together. The instructions could use a few more reference pics, but I was able to figure it out. I like that it came with all of the tools needed. Really nice scooter with enough power to get you to your destination. I bought this to get me from point A to point B and it this scooter does it perfectly. The build quality is great, idk the top speed but it goes fast enough that I wasn’t disappointed. The rear basket is a nice useful feature along with the foldable handle bar. It comes with a long cable charger that doesn’t look cheap. I’m happy with my purchase. Notes: the way the brake levers are set up is a bit weird. The throttle and rear brakes are on the same side and for me that doesn’t work because I prioritize using the rear brakes and then the front if I need the extra stopping power. Easy fix though, I just switch the levers over and it fixed me problem. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I will start off by saying in the beginning I had no problems with the scooter, it ran well and got my cousin back and forth to work but only for 2 weeks. The first week we were on vacation and it just set in the box until we got back. All of the sudden mid trip on her way back home it stopped working, it was fully charged the lights were the only thing that was working on it at that point. I have never had a problem getting items replaced from Amazon at all, and I have been a loyal customer for many many years! Amazon put me in touch with the seller of this scooter to try to get a solution. Here is why the zero stars, this seller only got back with me once a day through email and by asking idiotic questions repeatedly. It really felt like they were stalling knowing the return date was coming up soon. I finally got tired of the run around and just returned the scooter through Amazon, but I was only wanting a replacement which is why I couldn't figure out for the life of me why the once a day email questions and this had been happening for a week! Save your time and money and find something different, in case of your item malfunctioning you don't have the same headache I have had! ... show more

I am not Amazon prime and the scooter was still delivered in just one day. The packing was great, very well sealed and all scooter components well protected. It is easy to assemble. Actually It took me more time to unpack and remove all the protections than assembling the scooter itself. It also comes with a few tools to be used for adjusting the seat, back light and basket. The first battery charge was completed in less than 30 minutes. The key is convenient, but sometimes it is not easy to access, as it is close to the battery and under the scooter structure. Initially it was not turning on as I positioned the key as "UNLOCK" instead of "ON", but It was easy to realize after I crouched down a bit and took a good look at it. The materials and the scooter structure look really good. The scooter is agile, brakes are good and responds very well to my weight (165lbs). I do suggest wearing a helmet. I can’t imagine the packing was very good , very well sealed and all scooter components well protected. It is easy to assemble. It’s suitable for adults and big children. My 12 year old son loved it. The bakes are great, it’s easy to use and stop. It has three speeds and easy to control. my son usually use speed one, I always use speed 2. It’s not very heavy, and it is simple to fold and put it into the car. The basket on the back is very convenient for me to go to the market and buy some things. I highly recommend. ... show more

I'm still getting use to it. The seat is awful. Instantly had to replace it. The handle bars aren't awful. I need to re tighten them, more often than I'd like. It's pretty jerky but that is probably my fault. All around. It's a very solid scooter. Speed, power, even the basket.. more than I expected. The scooter was great while it worked. But it didn't even last 6 months before it stopped working completely. We have tried to fix it, but it will not accelerate any longer and ended up only working for 5 months. A huge waste of money.

Came right on time, easy set up - took maybe 5 minutes! Can fold down for easy storage. Zips around town and is a lot of fun. Basket is very practical (most don’t have this!). Easy to charge, store, ride, set up, all the above! Will be buying more as gifts!
