Right out of the box, the experience was impressive. The scooter was exceptionally well-packaged, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. What I particularly appreciate about this new model are the user-centric improvements. The dedicated button for the front light is a fantastic safety feature, offering quick and easy illumination. Furthermore, the upgrade to LED indicators on the display is a game-changer. It’s remarkably clear and easy to read, even under direct sunlight, a definite advantage over my previous LCD screen. While the 15-mile range perfectly suits my typical 5-mile trips, the reduced battery capacity is something to consider if you require longer distances. However, for urban commutes and short errands, it performs admirably. My past experience with Caroma's customer service, though not lightning-fast (it took a few days for an email response), was ultimately positive. They effectively resolved my issue with my first scooter. Based on that experience, I'd recommend being as detailed as possible in your initial inquiry. Including your order number, a comprehensive description of the problem, and any relevant photos or videos can significantly expedite the resolution process. The media could not be loaded. I wanted to spend some time with this before I did a review. This scooter is very easy to assemble and adjust the tension on the brake lever. I was surprised at how large and sturdy the basket is and this is good since you can use it for a trip to the park or running a quick errand for some groceries. You can see some weight in the basket with a gallon jug of fluid and there was very minimal bounce over bumps. The large wheels absorb bumps well, the brake light is a great addition and this is easy to ride and control for anyone. I would definitely recommend this!

Love this scooter. I have had a few different types of this style scooter over the years and must say this is my favorite so far. The only downside is the seat post and clamp. If you are sharing your scooter and have to move it up and down the pieces do wear and become stripped after very little time. The battery lasts as long as stated in the description and is easy to charge and go. I love the power and speed which I find perfect for my liking and easier to control for this middle aged woman. I use for my daily errands and appreciate the basket as well as the foot room. This scooters overall functionality is spot on. Very easy to unlock the handle stem piece to be able to fold and go. I highly recommend this brand!

I'm still on the fence about this one the build quality is great but my beef is with the battery it has been rather cold lately but I've noticed a couple things about the battery and the engine specifically I think that the motor doesn't go a true 20 mph sustained I think on a full charge for like 3 minutes you might get 20 mph then it seems to average at about 16 mph the charge I haven't managed to kill it yet but taking it 8 mi out and 8 mi back I'll notice that I'll have to charge it to full after the first 8 Miles within that first 8 Miles it seems to go down to one battery bar so I'm still not sure and also on really cold days it seems to go very slow oh and one more thing I have to keep the headlight off it seems like the battery drains much much faster with the headlight turned on oh and last thing even though it is very durable they could have done a better job with the nuts that hold on the back red reflector I don't know when but I lost mine and I'm pretty sure I used an impact drill to tighten them. It folds easy enough but there's no latch to lock the fold in it seems to just hold on to the bottom of the seat when folded

The item was packaged with great care, and the unit itself appeared to be well-built. I attempted to charge the unit, but it failed to respond. After approximately one and a half weeks of back-and-forth communication with the supplier, they eventually issued a refund and requested that I retain the unit. As part of the refund terms, I was required to submit photographic evidence of the motor wires being cut, which was necessary for me to avoid returning the unit. The unit appeared to be of good quality, but unfortunately, it did not function properly. This is the reason for the one star.
