The media could not be loaded. I ordered this item on Dec 10 and it was expected to come around Dec 16/17. To my surprise the item shipped to my house within 3 days. The box was securely packaged inside and out. The instructions for assembly were very easy to follow through. It only took roughly 40 minutes to assemble. I’m a pretty heavy set guy and I’m surprised the speed still topped out at nearly 20 miles person. To be honest this is a solid product.
