Decently easy to assemble. It comes like 80% assembled so besides the front wheel, basket and handlebars to install. The manual could do a little better at explaining but at least it has pictures. A couple things took a couple tries to figure it out. But overall I had it assembled in about 45 minutes. Very good build quality. Very hefty. The ride is very smooth. Stable. Pretty good power. I managed to get it to about 20MPH in Sport mode. There's 3 power modes. Eco/Touring/Sport. Each increases more power depending on your speed needs. Power will struggle a bit if going up steep inclines. The manual specifically says it's good up to 10º inclines. I did have to adjust the front breaks a little bit after setup. The rotors were rubbing against the brake pads but that's pretty easy to do and normal after removing/installing any wheel with disk brakes. The manual explains how to do so. Note, you do NOT want your rotors rubbing against your pads if not applying brake pressure. It will prematurely wear the rotors and pads down. So this is interesting, and it is mentioned NOWHERE in the manual. The M button function. Double press to turn on/off the headlight/taillight. Apply brakes will flash the taillight. Single press to choose power modes. Long press to choose Odometer/Voltage/Trip display.

I like it, battery seems to stay charged for a good amount of time I can ride to and from work witch is a 20 minute ride there and back and it only uses to bars of battery life I will say the tires seem pretty cheap though

Tried to screw the headlight in and the piece that it screws into fell out of place and went up the stem of the handlebars. Ok fine, ziptied it in place. Tires come flat, so loaded up the bike to fill them. Get back home, go to rip it around and it won't even pull me up the smallest incline in sports mode, the highest power mode. I'm 250 lbs and it is rated to hold up to 300. Very disappointed in this product.

Can ride it right out the box, but it isn’t fully charged. Headlight never worked. Didn’t come with a manual. It does transport me to and from work everyday in about 20 minutes. Fully charged it is a great ride at 20mph. 3 speed and the brakes work great. Brake light works good. The transition from road to sidewalk to grass works great along as the grass isn’t deep and the the road and sidewalk are fairly smooth.
