So far I love it. Showed up way early was supposed be delivered July 16-18 and received it today. Fairly easy to assemble. Everything was included all the tools nothing was missing or damaged. It had a full charge and so far everything works. Can’t wait to try on the road.

This is a good little scooter. I am taking off a few stars because the child seat, even when screwed in for some reason keeps coming unscrewed. I connected it, tightened the bolts and no matter what it comes loose and the screws are falling out. I ended up taking it off and now just I use it without the kiddo. It goes decently fast though acceleration is not very quick and it does not seem to go the speed the ad states (yes im within the weight limits) unless you are taking it down a hill where gravity helps it out. Though my roads are very bumpy and that could be contributing. That is another thing, that this scooter does not take bumps with grace and dignity. It hurts, its bumpy. If you are not riding on flat surfaces, then you better have a real good handle on this thing as it will lose control. There is also NO BLINKERS, I think that those should be added especially since alot of states require these to be ridden on the road instead of sidewalks. Regardless I have been able to take it to and from work on multiple occasions. It is really cute and nice to ride around when you dont have a vehicle or dont want to take a car around the corner or walk. It is very convenient. ... show more

I had high hopes for this electric scooter, but it was a huge disappointment. The overall build quality feels cheap and flimsy. Assembly instructions were confusing and parts didn’t fit together well. After a few uses, the scooter started making strange noises and the battery doesn’t last nearly as long as advertised. Also, the ride isn’t smooth — it wobbles and doesn’t feel stable or safe, especially for kids. For the price, I expected way better performance and reliability. Would not recommend.
