For some reason I’m getting projected speeds at 23mph tops. The ride is smooth for it to not have suspension at all. The set up was easy as heck. It hasn’t even been a year and the bike quit working and I keep getting the runaround with Amazon and the maker of the bike and there’s no place to bring the bike to get it repaired so I keep getting the runaround

Absolute trash product. we bought 2 of them for christmas and neither do them work just 3 months later. constant problems from batteries to cable connections, now the throttle spring has broken on one of them. and each time i'm given the runaround on diagnosing and fixing the issue myself do not buy this if you want to have something that's durable and will actually last.

I got this for my 13 year old daughter. She had been begging for an e-bike for awhile now. I agreed to this one since it goes the same speed as her electric scooter, unlike most e-bikes that are 25-30 mph on average. Her and i put it together and i definitely recommend watching the video vs the directions in the booklet. Also, the compartment down below is great to hold her belongings so that she can focus on just holding the handlebars. The battery life has been excellent also. So far, so good!

Got this to scooter to run around my neighborhood with my dog. 15lb chi mix. She loves it and everybody loves seeing her in it!! The basket is very shallow.I attached some gripping mat & removed the decal which came off pretty easy. I'm 5'7" I think it would be a better fit for someone smaller i feel like it's a kids bike. Also, the battery does not come off.I was just nervous about fires.So right now I have to keep it in my front entry which I don't love.I wanted to put the battery in a fire safe storage. It was pretty easy to put together. Ride feels pretty smooth. I went over a bump and I think brake might be touching i hear it when the tire is spinning.
