I waited 5 months to write a review, so I can give a correct review. I bought this for my 9 year old daughter for Christmas. She has rode this almost everyday. This scooter is perfect for riding in a neighborhood, or sidewalk. Not so much, in grass or a yard, unless it’s a child riding. The seat is very comfortable. The battery last for awhile. My only issue has been, keeping my daughter from laying it down on the ground. Both of the keys has bent because of it, and I can’t it to start. So if you’re buying for a child, get some extra keys made. Other than that, this scooter has been great!!

This scooter is really nice! It was a breeze to assemble—everything fit together easily and intuitively. I was also impressed with how well it was packaged; there wasn’t a single scratch or dent from shipping, which is always a relief. Once put together, it feels solid and well-built, with a sturdy frame that gives you confidence while riding. The speed is comfortable—it's not lightning fast, but it picks up nicely and maintains a smooth, steady pace. What really surprised me was the range; it goes much farther than I expected on a single charge, which is super convenient. The seat is another highlight—it has a good amount of cushion and give, but still feels supportive even on longer rides. All in all, a great purchase, planning to get one for my wife too.

This scooter is absolute crap and not at all as advertised. I'm well under the weight limit and the top speed is about 12 mph (not 20 as advertised), the battery lasts only about 60 minutes (not multiple hour as advertised) and it only goes on flat or downhill surfaces, any uphill at all and it just fades down in speed until it's barely moving. The handlebars rattle no matter how tight I've made the connections, and the seat post broke off the second time I used it so now the seat has a wobble. This is a terrible product, not sure if I got a dud or what but no way I'd recommend this seller or this scooter going forward.

Putting it together was not that hard but charging was a different story. It came with some battery life so we rode it and loved it… then… We plugged it in excited for a full charge and it did the complete opposite… It actually discharged and would not turn on again. Or so we thought…. The red light was green indicating a full charge but it would not turn on. It acted as though it was completely dead. I watched multiple videos of people enjoying theirs, giving great reviews, but I was not able to enjoy mine. We were ready to return it when we found a video saying to take the battery out and check all the wires. So we did. It took us two days to figure out that some internal wire had come off somehow after we rode it. We repaired it, put it back together and it had a full charge and now works fine… Soooo… it is sturdy, looks great, rides fun but I was bummed I didn’t get to enjoy on my birthday. I pray it holds up after the next ride.

This electric scooter is just as described. It is super fast. It says top speed is 20 mph, but it feels like 25 mph. It was quick and easy to put together. It also came with a bag of tools (hex key allen wrenches, two sided wrenches, a screw driver handle with a double head bit).
