I waited 5 months to write a review, so I can give a correct review. I bought this for my 9 year old daughter for Christmas. She has rode this almost everyday. This scooter is perfect for riding in a neighborhood, or sidewalk. Not so much, in grass or a yard, unless it’s a child riding. The seat is very comfortable. The battery last for awhile. My only issue has been, keeping my daughter from laying it down on the ground. Both of the keys has bent because of it, and I can’t it to start. So if you’re buying for a child, get some extra keys made. Other than that, this scooter has been great!! ... show more

During my delivery that time I though I was happy with this product couple months back unfortunately on my right keep on loosing it almost got into an accident to almost incident to car while I was doing my delivery sadly I have the took to keep on tight to keep it secure. Beware of this product! My right handle cannot secure on brake unless is crash into a car that you never know! Next time I won’t buy this product in the future. I should’ve return it many months ago before right handle secure it! So I give this product 1/10 be safe out there on delivery! ... show more

This electric scooter is just as described. It is super fast. It says top speed is 20 mph, but it feels like 25 mph. It was quick and easy to put together. It also came with a bag of tools (hex key allen wrenches, two sided wrenches, a screw driver handle with a double head bit).

Putting it together was not that hard but charging was a different story. It came with some battery life so we rode it and loved it… then… We plugged it in excited for a full charge and it did the complete opposite… It actually discharged and would not turn on again. Or so we thought…. The red light was green indicating a full charge but it would not turn on. It acted as though it was completely dead. I watched multiple videos of people enjoying theirs, giving great reviews, but I was not able to enjoy mine. We were ready to return it when we found a video saying to take the battery out and check all the wires. So we did. It took us two days to figure out that some internal wire had come off somehow after we rode it. We repaired it, put it back together and it had a full charge and now works fine… Soooo… it is sturdy, looks great, rides fun but I was bummed I didn’t get to enjoy on my birthday. I pray it holds up after the next ride. ... show more
