This scooter came packaged very nicely with minimal assembly, all I had to do was attach the handle bars and we were ready to go! This scooter has 3 speeds low medium and high. Low goes about 5 mph and high at 20 mph. This scooter has a head and tail light that you turn on with one press of the light button and press it twice you turn on some pretty cool side lights. The breaks on this scooter are very responsive. I recommend you drive it slowly at first so you can get used to the breaking. This scooter also come equipped with a bell which is not only useful, but kinda fun too. This is a very nice scooter for cruising around the neighborhood, amd can get you about 20 miles before having to recharge, but if you plan to use it for commuting and are riding it on high at 20 mph, you will only get about 13 miles before needing to recharge. I wish the charge would last longer on high, because i like riding fast. The handle and arm folds down, making it easy to pick up and carry with you, but is a little heavy. So if you don't have too far to carry it, you will be fine. There is a port near the bottom of the arm where you plug the charger in which has a rubber cap to keep water out. Overall this is a very nice scooter for the price. I love it! I wish they could come up with a battery that would last longer on high speeds for longer riding.

Amazing scooter. Fast enough to get you where you want quickly but not too fast to be dangerous. Doesn't fold very easily to carry in the sense that you have to lower the handle bar before folding it so it gets past the seat. But it's not an issue for me. I will be purchasing another. Battery is sufficient and charges quickly.

Update Review I bought a defective scooter. I provided photos and video and was told the problem would be remedied but it wasn't. For ~3 months I wqs told a new battery would be sent, then a new scooter would be sent, then a full refund would be issued. But none of this ever actually happened. In the end this seller said that they would only refund or replace if I removed my review. I got my money back from my credit card company with no thanks to this seller. BEWARE! This product has good reviews likely because they blackmail people into removing them if they have a problem with their product. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SELLER! Original Review Prior to my charging issue the very short lived fun with this scooter was good. I picked it because it had good reviews. The handlebars attachment was a little wobbly and you really don't want to hit a bump on this thing due to its hard wheels. But it had good handling overall and felt solid. I hadn't ridden a scooter before so was hoping it would be a hybrid kick or electric but learned that the height was too high to be a comfortable kicker. I expected customer service to be better. I don't know if anything has been sent yet or what. I recorded videos for them to diagnose and have now been waiting almost a month. Boo hiss I want to ride! SEND ME A NEW WORKING SCOOTER. Send with a prepaid return label and you can have the defective one back. Buyer Beware.

Very easy to assemble. Very smooth ride. Speed control can be adjusted instantaneously. But it struggles to travel uphill. You will need to kick the ground like on a skateboard in order to move forward uphill.

So far I love it. Showed up way early was supposed be delivered July 16-18 and received it today. Fairly easy to assemble. Everything was included all the tools nothing was missing or damaged. It had a full charge and so far everything works. Can’t wait to try on the road.

We purchased this for our growing 10-year old. It was exactly what was expected and does great on our gravel driveway. The seat is at its lowest which means it will grow with her. And its 300 pound weight capacity allows her parents to ride also! It seems durable enough to last a lifetime. My only concern is that the instructions say the battery cannot get below freezing temperatures. We plan to cover the battery in cold weather and keep it in our outdoor shop building when not in use. I hope this protects it.

Good solid and well designed scooter.Easy to unbox assemble ,just 4 screws to be set and it was ready. Gave it a good run after charging and experienced all features on flat road along with the top speed ,it was exhilirating as I am first time scooter owner. Did good on a small uphill in my neighborhood. My son also enjoyed it but at a lower speed for now as he is also new and training. Also,couple of my friends gave it a try and enjoyed too. The tires are good quality and battery life is also good for my use but I can enjoy a longer battery life,no doubt about it. I like that it folds and fits in my car,so easy to carry to places. Additionally, I contacted seller/company for a quick question as I missed on one of the steps while installation and they responded promptly with steps and videos which resolved the issue. Overall, happy with purchase and looking forward to lot of fun rides in summer!!
