I love (almost) everything about it. The cargo bin fits an ok amount of groceries, its LED display is really nice. It goes over bumps really well! I like the overall design and performance of it, especially the fact that it has keys to start it! The seat is comfortable and the lights work good! It accommodates me well as I’m 6ft 2in. Did I mention I love the acceleration? Lastly its charging speed is great! Was ready to ride within 3-4 hours of having it. I have one minor complaint and one major one though. The minor one being, the bell attached is not that loud at all. I have above average hearing and I find it hard to hear over the wind sometimes. The major thing.. within a week of owning it, the front tire went flat. So much for it being off road capable, I was only going through grass. There isn’t a hole but yet it still won’t hold the air when I tried to refill it. I will try and update this review if I end up getting a tire replacement. For now, I’m upset that I can’t ride the scooter I spent a while waiting for, and won’t be able to until I’m able to get a new tire (if I’m able to). Edit: I increased from 3 stars to 4 because the company was very quick in their reply, and also sent out a new inner tube for me which fixed the problem. It seems like something was wrong with the valve stem on the old one. Between the companies quick responses and how quickly the new tube got to my address, I am satisfied! I’m happy to have bought this. Now my SO wants one too!

As a recent amputee, left leg below the knee, this little bike has changed my world giving me smiles for days because I just miss having two wheels and a throttle to twist but this thing also is considered my mobility device so I take it everywhere and my little Jack Russell/Beagle mix absolutely loves riding with me in the open tray. For the cost what you get is a solid value. They kept it stupid simple which helps keep the price down but they didn't cheep out on the build quality and used good parts. It came packaged very well and assembly was quick and easy. The seat is fantastic the bars look killer and have a comfortable bend so your hands wont hurt after a long ride but the grips are terrible but thats an easy swap and not something to get hung up on. Battery life is good about what you would expect for its size and the speed is what it is about 20mph but this thing should be a breeze to upgrade if you want more speed and or range. The brakes are better than I expected due to the small wheel size, my buddy has the exact same brakes on his 26in fat tire ebike and they aren't nearly as strong trying to stop them big wheels. However I like really good brakes so even though the stock mechanical brakes work fine I immediately upgraded to some Shimano XT hydraulic brakes and im super happy. The only adjustments to think about on this bike is bar position and tire pressure. I have been trying different pressures started out with what was on the tire sidewall 44psi i believe but instantly could tell that was way too high especially with no suspension so I just kept dropping it 5psi at a time and now im at 8-10psi and like it, definitely adds a significant amount of cush with them fat 16in tires. If it's possible I would like to find and try a set of 16x4" tires vs the stock 16x3". Overall im having a blast owning my Caroma D3 and dont plan on selling anytime soon.

Bike was easy to assemble and fun to ride. We had issues with the tires and foot pegs but the company was honorable and supported us completely. I wish our experience was a bit better but the customer service would allow me to buy from this company again. Thank you!

I’ve been using it for over a week now, and here’s what I can say. First of all, I was surprised by the range. The maximum speed is 20 miles per hour. The seat is very comfortable. People on the street constantly show interest. As for the downsides — there’s no display showing mileage, speed, or anything like that. Assembly turned out to be very easy — there’s a video online, and everything you need is included in the kit.

This product definitely deserves a 5 star but I’m only going to give it a 4 star because the lack of braking power really caught me off guard. Just know that if you go fast, it takes quite a lot of distance to slow down. Be aware folks.

Got this to scooter to run around my neighborhood with my dog. 15lb chi mix. She loves it and everybody loves seeing her in it!! The basket is very shallow.I attached some gripping mat & removed the decal which came off pretty easy. I'm 5'7" I think it would be a better fit for someone smaller i feel like it's a kids bike. Also, the battery does not come off.I was just nervous about fires.So right now I have to keep it in my front entry which I don't love.I wanted to put the battery in a fire safe storage. It was pretty easy to put together. Ride feels pretty smooth. I went over a bump and I think brake might be touching i hear it when the tire is spinning.
