First things first, take the delivery fee into account. Secondly, Make sure you order the battery and motor that you need, there are several options that look the same. However, with that being said, I've gotten a staggering amount of value out of this scooter. I dealt first hand with customer service, and they left nothing for me to complain about. Despite the language barrier they exceeded anything I could ask of them. My model had a max speed of about 25 mph, but struggled on hills. the battery life was well enough for me to take 3 or 4 hours worth of deliveries in a downtown area. It really is plug and play. All you need to do is charge the battery and you're good to go. I wouldn't leave it plugged in for extended periods while it's charged though. I think that may lead to shortened overall life.     • Be careful of the wires when folding down the handle bar.
This scooter rivals the 1000.00 and above level scooters! I am 250 lbs and it climbs hills at around 15 to 20 mph depending on grade of hill. I got around 25 miles on a single charge, it had more but I didn't want to get stranded. The perfect affordable scooter!

DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER While it arrives in perfect condition and is easy to assemble, the scooter would not turn on after a week of use. Was missing some tools but that's okay,I used my own. Checked all the parts and walk throughs,nothing was damaged or broken. Decided to have it returned and that is when everything went to hell. Amazon can't do anything because the package was shipped by FedEx. Called FedEx as instructed,was told they would pick it up, nobody picked it up, now I have to go pick it up from the facility and bring it back home and figure out what the hell to do with it. The phone numbers provided are Chinese or Japanese I have no friggin clue, the automated message is of no help at all and frankly I'm just frustrated. Don't waste your time. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Update- messaged company and they responded within 24 hours. To fix battery issue remove the screws in the floor panel and disconnect the battery and reconnect it and charger will work. We do have to buy another charger though, only worked using our neighbors charger. Scooter came in good condition but the battery is dead. The charger shows it’s fully charged, yet the battery is still at 0% after charging for 8 hours. If you even beep the horn the battery dies. For yesterday and my daughter is now devastated that she can’t ride it. ... show more

Pretty fast and high quality, very very fun to ride. The second I took the scooter outside it was already going fast. I love how there’s three modes so you can control the speed personally, I love the third one. The brakes are also very good.
