For some reason I’m getting projected speeds at 23mph tops. The ride is smooth for it to not have suspension at all. The set up was easy as heck. This is a fun scooter- has 3 speeds and can really get you places. Easy assembly although there are no instructions. Took us a week to figure out how to turn on the headlights. Long battery life , good power and brakes. Very quiet ride.

the breaks squeak and are disk brakes and are designed to slow you down not for stopping quickly, but nice bike ,goes fast , on the road , off road is a hard ride , no shock absorbers , worth the money

I got this for my 13 year old daughter. She had been begging for an e-bike for awhile now. I agreed to this one since it goes the same speed as her electric scooter, unlike most e-bikes that are 25-30 mph on average. Her and i put it together and i definitely recommend watching the video vs the directions in the booklet. Also, the compartment down below is great to hold her belongings so that she can focus on just holding the handlebars. The battery life has been excellent also. So far, so good!

Absolute trash product. we bought 2 of them for christmas and neither do them work just 3 months later. constant problems from batteries to cable connections, now the throttle spring has broken on one of them. and each time i'm given the runaround on diagnosing and fixing the issue myself do not buy this if you want to have something that's durable and will actually last.

We purchased this scooter for our 38 yr old daughter who has Mental disabilities and some walking issues. She absolutely loves it. Says it doesnt make her feel like a old person. She says she feels super cool and her friends all want to ride it. But she tells them this is my set of wheels. It also let's her take her emotional support dog with her. We live in Az and she couldn't take her dog with her a lot of times because the pavement gets to hot.
